It seem to me that products changes frequently based on season and what's popular. So from time to time they could possibly have more antiques. It was nowhere to be found. I had carelessly lost my ticket for the item and ........they had NO record of it ever being consigned there. The owner was present that day and said it must have gone to charity if it had been there too long. I got nothing for my COACH purse, not even the benefit of the donation. My frustration was in their record keeping. She acted like I was trying to scam her or something, even though the sales lady knew me and remembered the item. Why was there no record of what had happened to my purse? The owner IS very rude also. That was my LAST experience there.

Those were mine! I've been wanting these for months. Retail they sell for $198. I kept going back and forth. Do I want them? or do I need them? or do I just plainly deserve then?! :) So I stalled on buying them. Not today! I picked up a second pair of the same high end brand. I scored trendy casual and dressy loafers. Two for not even the price of one pair. Thank you heaven! I love Franklin, Nashville & Tennessee! The lady with the cute accent joined in my excitement and even showed me the same brand purse to match that still had the original tag on it. Never used and it was pricey! So happy! The staff is refreshingly friendly and never rushes me or hovers over me. Just the way I like to shop! I think this is especially important to mention because a lot of their merchandise is religious based so it is a unique experience that needs to be savored. Today, I purchased some Christmas Home Decor that I will treasure for years! I also stopped in their treasured Prayer Room. It is a little area in the center of the room where you can write down prayers on a tag and hang it on the wall. Others are encouraged to take a tag and become a Prayer Warrior for the person who left the prayer. Today, was a very impactful visit for me. I went into Philanthropy with a heavy heart because we found out our good friend that has been battling cancer was moved to hospice. The prayer room gave me peace & I left feeling a little lighter. Thank you Philanthropy for providing such a beautiful space that brings peace to so many! Whether you are on a visit or a local of TN be sure to stop here & experience this special place!

For the price and the way the item was represented, that is unacceptable. What has been even more frustrating is trying to get help. I have called five times and have repeatedly been told someone would call me back, but no one has followed through. First, they said the owner was out of the country, and the last 4 calls they promised a callback after speaking to the owner and manager. Still haven't heard back from them. The store presents itself as a Christian business and has a prayer room inside, which makes the lack of accountability and customer care especially disappointing. I expected the product to be better quality and, at the very least, for someone to follow up and make it right. I hope the store resolves this promptly and begins treating customer concerns with the integrity its branding suggests.
