I feel it is more consignment store than antique shop in my opinion, as the selection of items being sold, while varied, do not seem antique in anything more than the age. Each booth is fairly different and while the place is not massive, it is bigger than it looks from the road. There is one main room and then a raised space that features several additional vendors. The staff was friendly and welcoming from entry to exit. We were in search of furniture, dining table to be exact, and while there are a few pieces, the selection was mainly side tables and smaller pieces. Overall, I was underwhelmed with 70 South Antiques, but I know these places change inventory almost daily, so since we hit the antique circuit monthly, I am sure we will swing back through 70 South at some point.

The ladies who work here are friendly and helpful and even told my friend and I all about a festival Nolensville is having the second Saturday in April without us even asking. Now that's what I call small town friendly. There are antiques here that are in great shape and furniture that has that country feel but is completely modern. There are bath bombs, jewelry, clothes, tables, mirrors, and candles for sale among many other treasures both on the main floor and upstairs. It smells delicious as soon as you walk in the door. It is decorated nicely inside and feels inviting. I plan to return. The prices aren't too bad either so that's a plus in my book. Small businesses for the win, amirite?!
