What a delightful experience! This family owned and operated business is celebrating 46 years! I wish I had found it sooner. They offer a good mix of true antiques, vintage finds, and some fun thrift-style and more modern items/pieces, which honestly makes the browsing experience even better. I picked up some replica Depression-era measuring cups and the prettiest vintage glass bowl, and the prices were really reasonable for the area. I like the squeaky floors. There are still a few good finds, but you'll have to dig for them. Look where others don't bother to. Underneath tables, in drawers and such. As a matter of fact, I found a cool wallet that had money in it. It was inside an old purse that was just hanging there on some lady's arm. I showed it to my daughter, and she thought that it might be a good idea to put it back. So I did. My daughter found a cool set of vintage bowls, and she got them for way less than others that were selling on the internet. I mean, wayyy less. Good deals are to be had, even if the store is in Franklin proper. So do your homework and dig a bit. There was a very nice, cute blonde lady behind the counter who was checking us out. She wasn't the only one doing the checking. I did some checking myself, if you know what I mean. I may have to pay the place another visit before too long. Quick Tip: Go to the App store on your phone and download the "LENS" app. It gives you the ability to take a picture of an item and tell you what it is and match it to other like items. It's a necessity when doin' the scrounge. read more

I found a beautiful vintage willow egg basket with beautiful patina., and some gorgeous white on white embroidered cloth napkins. They are beautiful. The folks there are super nice! This is a pretty large antique mall so there is a good bit of diversity to the stuff that is carried. Most of the prices seemed reasonable and there are signs everywhere stating that you need to bring your own labor for heavy/large furniture items. The jewelry cases were well lit and not jam-packed so you could actually peruse them easily. Some items were appropriately marked as reproductions but not everything...so the usual. read more

Shopped here three times in the last six months. Never was I greeted and was only thanked one time out of the three visits. The customer service is non-existent (and borderline rude as they act like it's a chore to ring you up) which is a shame for the vendors. Rude staff! I have shopped here half a dozen times over the years and there are a few booths with some nice items but the prices tend to be a bit high and the rude women at the desk make me not want to return. They look at you like you are in their way and are just not friendly or helpful. That's not how we do things around here. I spent over an hour looking around in this huge store looking for something very particular. I found what I wanted, went to pay and was told that they couldn't sell me the piece because the sale sticker didn't contain the booth number. I went back to find where I got it from (took me 10 mins) but I'm 100% sure what booth it was from. Women still frustrated to sell it to me saying "It doesn't look like the same handwriting ". We arrived 45 minutes until closing time the day before the 4th of July. The store has nice items in it but the people working at the time were less than friendly. Within minutes of arriving a person came over the loud speaker every five minutes and "please bring your items to the front to check out and we will not be open tomorrow". She said it at least a half dozen times before we decided to leave 15 minutes before it closed. As we were leaving I commented about understanding that the Holiday was tomorrow. They were plain rude. Over-rated tourist trap with nonexistent service. I have gone in here about once a week on my lunch hour for two months now. Not much has been sold or moved out. The pricing is set too high on a lot of items-some of which are newly crafted items that are made to fit a style of another time. For example distressed wood shaped arrows. This is more of home decor than antiques. To boot, of the 10+ times I have been here, I have never been greeted by anyone who works here. It's a large store with a few cool things out of thousands of items. But if I had ever needed help, I wouldn't have had anyone to ask. Anyone who says this is a great place was a visitor from out of town who marveled at the massive amount of inventory. Come back two months later-you'll see that hardly anything has moved. read more

It's not so much an antique mall as it is mostly home décor, but it does have a good assortment of vintage items, some refurbished pieces, and a few antiques sprinkled here and there. Although its not much of an antique mall, I would go again, maybe not with my husband who enjoys antique shopping, but with a girlfriend. The downside is that they have the "no public restrooms sign" on the front door. When I was checking out, a woman asked the clerk where was the closest public restrooms and was told to go to the shop across the street. The shop across the street is one third or less of the size of the Franklin Antique Mall. One would think they would want to keep people shopping longer rather than sending them across the street. read more

It's worth a visit if you are looking for collectibles and home decorating items, but I couldn't find any "antiques". It was booth after booth of home accessory items and books and bric-a-brac, but no "antiques" which are by definition objects that are 100+ years old. read more

Extensive selection of various things I wouldn't say a lot of antiques but a lot of nostalgic odd and ends. There's many different vendors with booths set up inside so the selection and prices vary tremendously. Some overpriced Expired barbecue sauce to some actually really interesting finds you have to really dig through but it's mostly a fun place to go look and see all of the various items. You'll see a few things that will remind you of household items you had growing up so it is definitely fun to come check this place out, its one of the biggest here. Since the antique storestore closed at the factory this is probably the largest one around and most interesting. Your won't find really any valuable finds but it is definitely worth coming and quite interesting to see the vast selection so out it in your hit list when near Main Street. read more

Holy moly there is a lot of stuff to look at. You could easily spend 2 hours in this store and not see everything there. A sprawling venue of all sorts of stuff from kitsch to fine, high end antique furniture. It is a conglomerate of numerous merchants who all sell their stuff in different areas. We went there on an anniversary or some such thing and I won a free picture!!! Now i put moderate in the price thing, but some furniture here is 4 figure stuff, and rightly so, as they have unique items from back in the day. Go and enjoy yourself, even if you don't buy a thing you will see something that takes you down some memory lane you all but forgot about. read more

My family and I spent over about 2 hours at the antique mall walking though each booth looking for special treasures to bring home. Several booths were marked 50% off. My mother found a small glass box she wanted because it came from a booth that was 50% off making the box $20, otherwise she wouldn't have purchased it because it wasn't worth $40. While we were looking at the last couple of booths my brother in law was paying for all the items we had picked, which was well over $200. We get home and notice on the receipt they charged us $40 for said box. I called the owner to explain the situation, trying to find a solution. The owner was not very nice but she agreed to check on it and get back with me. A week later I called back, since I hadn't heard from her. From the second she answered the phone she was very aggressive. The conversation quickly went down hill. She was screaming at me. I told her she should check her booths because this box came from a booth with a 50% off sign. She was still screaming into the phone telling me she knows all her vendors and she knows the one's who have sales. I asked her if it was true, she knew her vendors and which ones have sales or not, then why didn't she tell me that the week prior. Because it wasn't true. Any way she lost us as customers. Advise for new shoppers: All I know is the owner lady is very rude and obnoxious & we won't be back. So much for "the customer's always right" obviously this owner doesn't know the meaning. read more

THIS PLACE IS HUGE. It was like a maze! It had all kinds of antiques even my husband had a blast! I've been collecting baroque mirrors and picture frames to make a fun vintage collage on the wall. This place is cool but I wouldn't consider it an antique mall. The majority of the items are not antiques. Many items are made to look rustic and antique but are actually new. It's a fun place to walk around if you're in franklin and have some extra time, but I wouldn't go expecting it to be a full antique mall. read more

This mall only rates 1 star because of Horribly rude customer service. I found this darling stack of vintage books tied together with twine. As i was checking out, the store employee that was bagging the item tore the paper on the top cover. I decided that since it was now damaged, i did not want it. However, the cashier had already swiped my card and said very rudely "NO- ALL SALES ARE FINAL". After much persistence, i was refunded, but this cashier was extremely unpleasant! There are many high quality vendors and I bought several items. The problem I had was a the checkout counter. I don't think I have ever been treated so rudely before. I will not shop at this antique mall again. Not only was I treated rudely but the others that I was shopping with were treated rudely. It's too bad because it's the vendors that loose on this deal. Warning: This place won't allow customer access to restroom! This mall haa some interesting items but when I asked to use a restroom, they sent me across the street to another antique store, claiming they have no restrooms! I had an item in hand to purchase so it wasn't like I just walked in! I literally ran to Arbor Antiques across the street as told as told to do! There I did just walk in and asked to use a restroom, and they graciously pointed out where it was! This place was great. It seemed every corner that I turned, this place just kept going. I was here a few months back and got lost in the immense amount of STUFF here. I loved that every booth had its own flavor to it, from antique furniture to tons of cool antique signs, anything you are looking for, I felt like it could be there. I'm sure there was tons that I missed, and next time I'm in the Franklin area, I definitely plan on returning for another visit. read more
