Knead wine? More like I need more of their pizza. Pizza is tasty. Fantastic sauce, great dough. Just here for the weekend and might make an extra stop here on my way out on Sunday.

Fantastic pizza! If you in Middleburg or just passing thru, Knead Wine is worth the stop. There's no dine-in seating but there are plenty of places to sit and eat in town, otherwise it'll have to wait until you get home.

The pizza is awesome and we couldn't wait to get home to eat it. Check out their wine selection. A gem of a find.

After hearing so many positive things about Knead Wine's pizza and overall concept we had been wanting to try it out, but since they don't have a dining room, it's really tough since we live an hour away and we'd rather eat fresh, hot pizza than to take it to go. So, recently when we were in the area to visit a winery that permitted outside food, we stopped in her first and got a couple of pies... The two pizzas we ordered were phenomenal! The dough was outrageously excellent and perfect! The texture, density, and definitely the slight char on the crust. The toppings were of high quality and each of the pizzas came together to be very tasty and amazing! We will most definitely return if in the area with the same opportunity to take it and still eat it while it's fresh and hot. Just wish they had a dining room... also they need to offer plastic utensils to take away to use. Highly recommend stopping in here!!

    Magical pizza. Invisible.

Great winery but also a top of the line pizzeria that is benchmark for Napolitan. Thin enough crust, a bit burns to add smoke flavor, excellent cheese and cuts are used. More importantly love goes into making the pizza by a team of 4 people. The owner is the person who was overseeing the quality and also managing the pizzas in its 3 ovens. If they could deliver 35 miles I away, I would definitely order in often. Wine and beer were also fantastic but won't review them here.

Wine shop with a pizza oven- must try when visiting Middleburg! All pizzas named after famous guitarist. Get the Hendrix. Iommi is great if you like it spicy. SKIP the Gibbons & the cookies. (Cookies are choc full of peanuts and chocolate chips which dries out the cookie significantly- not worth it with other bakeries and dessert options in town.

Great pizza! It is very similar to Italian style and it is made to order! Can't wait to go back there again.

Nice little wine retailer with lots of options in the $20-45 range. They also do pizza takeout. We tried the "Hendrix," which comes with roasted mushroom, fennel sausage, mozzarella and a garlic cream. Super tasty, especially that sausage and the garlic cream. The crust was good as well. The whole dish paired nicely with the 2017 Poggio Antico Toscana Lemartine we purchased with it. Our order was available exactly at the time they gave us. Online orders can be made via the website or Toast app at https://www.toasttab.com/knead-wine-5-w-washington-st/v3

When Knead opened over the summer we were so excited for a new pizza spot in Middleburg. Add in that they make the most excellent gluten-free crust I've EVER had in my life to make it my favorite pizza spot in the world. I love that they also sell wines at 2 easy price points ($20 or $40) which makes picking wines easy. We have tried many of their pizzas and honestly it's hard to name our favorites, but we keep ordering the page and the beck over and over again. Great mask usage, lovely staff, excellent pizza and delicious wines. A++++!

First of all, the setting: a charming little house turned restaurant, but inside it's giving modern minimalist chic -- clean lines, warm wood, soft lighting, and the kind of cozy vibe that makes you immediately relax and say, "Yes, I will have a cocktail." Speaking of cocktails... my friend and I started with two delicious drinks (Gin and tonic and French 75) that disappeared suspiciously fast. (Research purposes, obviously.) Then came the tapas parade: * Creamy burrata that was basically a love letter to cheese. * Spicy lamb ragu that had just enough kick to keep things interesting. The portion was nice too! * Perfectly cooked steak that was succulent! * And a sea bass in red curry that brought a little bold flavor moment to the table. Four plates, two drinks, zero regrets. Small space, big flavor, and the kind of spot that feels like you've discovered a secret. Middleburg, you're hiding gems!!! 10/10 would celebrate another birthday here -- even if it's not mine.

She makes a great espresso martini but would probably make you anything you asked for and would enjoy the chance to be creative. We ordered a brie platter which was decent. A bit pricey in my opinion for certain items, but that's okay! They have coffee and t shirts for sale too. Well it all worked out how it was supposed to because the food, ambiance, and service were great here! Water carafes were provided to the table & we ordered several drinks. All of the cocktails were beautiful, colorful and had curated understated garnishes. I enjoyed the jalapeño lime fizz, one of the non-intoxicants. Food took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait. The red pepper pesto with linguine was creamy and rich and topped with fresh Parmesan. I only wish I'd had a piece of bread to sop up the sauce at the end! I'd be interested in trying their brunch and lunch options if I'm in the area again. Our server, Tom, was attentive. The bathrooms are clean and nicely warm thanks to a heater. We all had a great time.

Fantastic! A "must try" and one we'll visit often…read more We're in the process of moving to Fburg and decided to have a nice dinner. I looked through Yelp and picked F132 as our first meal in the new town. Great choice! We didn't have a reservation, and it was Friday at 6pm, so we were placed on the bar seating wait list. We were seated in 20-25 minutes, which was super fast and great with us. Lesson learned for next time, make a reservation. But, if you choose or wind up at the bar, the service is great and seating is comfortable. The bartender was with us quickly and walked us through the Happy Hour specials. Drinks, apps, etc. they had a good variety of things in HH and many seemed interesting. But we were there for steak, so we let him know and he took our orders. In the meantime, he got us waters and bread service. While we waited, we watched the bar staff make some amazing concoctions including smoked old fashioneds, and all manner of flavors, textures, and mixtures. I don't really do cocktails but there were egg whites, chocolate sauce, fruits, mints and great presentations. They also were serving HH food and the Happy Dog looked filling: the truffle fries were served in what looked like multi-pound platters. I had the filet with French onion soup and corn salad. My wife had filet with mashed potatoes and black eyed peas. The bartender explained sides change frequently and are selected by what is available farm fresh. The corn salad was a sort of chilled street corn with some peppers and stuff. Very good and the corn was so fresh. French onion soup was delish! Absolutely perfect. Black eyed peas were great. I didn't try the mashed potatoes. The steak was the star. I don't know what's in their house rub, but it's perfect. And the steaks are cooked under an 1800 degree broiler so they get that perfect sear. Both were cooked at the perfect temperature. And the meat was trimmed so there was nothing but butter-tender beef. Let me be clear-THIS IS THE BEST STEAK I'VE EVER HAD! The service was perfect. My glass never fell below 2/3 full, and we never were waiting on service, but it was non intrusive and really made the experience so much better. A++! Wherever you are reading this, stop what you are doing, and RUN, don't walk to Fahrenheit 132. You'll thank me later.
