While there, I brought up an issue with my trailer jack and Austin offered a great deal on a new jack. (Side note: not only that, but he didn't try and upsell me on a more expensive jack. Nice!) Everything was ready the next morning! While there, Austin and one of the other employees there not only checked the tire pressures, they also made sure all of my trailer lighting was functional, too. They provided answers to a bunch of questions I had regarding trailer security and a few other things. Really fantastic quality work on the repair (see the photo--and a matching piece on the other side), as if it were an Interstate Trailers factory feature. Called all over, but only place that had the part we needed was Bend Trailers. So we carefully drove back to Bend and replaced the part in the parking lot. The mechanic wasn't available to help, as it was almost closing time at 4:00 on a Friday, but LaDawna was a fantastic help, staying until we were able to get the new leaf spring and wheel back on the trailer. We bought a new 5th wheel from Blue Compass in Redmond, OR despite previously having had a terrible experience with Blue Dog RV, and having options much closer to home BECAUSE of the PEOPLE and how we were treated by salesperson Emily Gordon, the Manager, Mike Johnston. It is clear that they love their business and are committed to professionalism and treating their customers right. They answered all our questions and made us a solid offer on the unit that ticked all of our boxes. So much so that we were comfortable enough to put down our deposit over the phone then drive 4 hours to do paperwork and our walk though. Jen helped us with the financing. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at a great Mexican Restaurant (Caramel) recommended by Emily. The next day, Makenzie gave us a very complete tour of our new RV! She is knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give us pointers not found in the owners manual based upon her commitment and experience. It is unfortunate that the name is so similar because they deserve a blue ribbon and 5 gold stars.

I called, and they welcomed me to bring it in before they closed. Randy was able to solve the problem and taught me what he found so I could resolve it myself in the future if it happens again. They were very courteous, honest and professional. I highly recommend their service department. Cliff in sales was also a great and knowledgeable salesman. We live full time in our trailer and we drop it off and pick it up in a day or two until today. We were told from the service manager, we were lucky to have that kind of service in past but they were 2-3 weeks out as they had 50 trailers ahead of ours. Unexceptionable! Called the boys in Utah that built our trailer and they will have it completed on Monday. Driving to Utah today and delaying our South Dakota trip but trust that it will be done right. He was friendly and he wanted to make the situation right. I took my trailer back in to All Seasons and met with the service manager to talk about what needed to be done to take care of the warranty work correctly. It was a lot better experience than I had previously when dropping my trailer off and he told me it would be ready within a week. The work was done within the time he told me and the service manager met me when I came in to pick up my trailer. We took a look at the work that was done and he explained what they did to fix it. The work was ok but there is still some bubbles on the roof seal on two of the three edges that they worked on but I think I can live with it. I am glad that they were willing to make it right and the new service manager sounds like he is trying to improve the quality of work and service in the service department.

Not only is this a big…read morepurchase, the process can sometimes be overwhelming if you don't buy it from the right dealership. Having bought one in the past from another dealership, we really had an eye opening experience here that was vastly different than our first. Every single person that works at Beaver is very genuine, kind, friendly and helpful, they also are extremely knowledgeable. Just like any RV you have to take a couple days to work out the kinks that come along in the beginning which we had a couple but, the Beaver Coach dealership has the most onsite Newmar techs out of any other dealership. most only have 1. They have double digits. This made our experience and process even better. They know these rigs down to the smallest detail. (They also spec them better than any I've seen across the country). What you won't find at Beaver Coach are stuffy sales guys in suits where you are trying to figure out if they are being honest and treat you very much like "a customer". You will find that when you leave you will know over and over you made the very best decision. Everyone will know your name and you will rest easy that you will be taken care of for years to come. You will arrive as a customer but leave with friends. Beaver Coach staff have basically become like family friends at this point. We can't thank Beaver Coach enough for being honest, fair priced, and giving us such a great experience. Don't even bother going anywhere else if you are in the market. Ryan first showed us a used Newmar New Aire that we really loved, but he didn't have one available at the time. He was still incredibly helpful and generous with his time. If we were purchasing again, we would absolutely go through him. Unfortunately, we ended up purchasing from the world's largest Newmar dealer in Florida, and the experience there was abysmal and expensive. We drove from Florida to Oregon (home) for a 6 week trip and took a couple small trips. After compiling a big list of necessary repairs, we returned to Beaver for service. That took about 5 months, though we weren't in a hurry and it seems they were very thorough. Nine months after initial purchase, we scheduled a paid walkthrough with their specialist, Aaron Pierce. That experience made a huge difference. Aaron took the time to walk us through details we didn't even realize we needed to know--things that would have made our earlier trips much easier and more enjoyable. Even when leaving, Aaron, Jaime, and Ryan all made sure we knew how to reach them if there were questions or issues. Arriving back at home, we had questions on AGS settings and Aaron has been very responsive via text messaging. Overall, Beaver Coach Sales has been helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to support us even when they didn't make the original sale. That says a lot about their team.
