As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately, very rudely told that they were in a meeting. I tried to explain that I was just here to leave the dump trailer and was disregarded and told that I needed to leave. Another person stepped in and informed me that it was at 9:30 and again that I needed to leave. I immediately got upset by how I was treated over a misunderstanding of the time, if you're going to have a meeting you would think the doors would be locked not wide open. Nobody had even bothered to greet me or ask what I was even there for to clear up the misunderstanding I went in not knowing that I was interrupting a meeting and was essentially kicked out in the rudest way possible. As soon as I left, I had felt so blindsided and made the choice to not take the dump trailer. Being a small business owner myself I would never treat a client in such a rude manner. This company lacks manners, friendliness, customer service and being remotely personable I will not be recommending this company to anybody I know. Be wary with this company if you choose to have business with them because they definitely won't treat you well.

Called all over, but only place that had the part we needed was Bend Trailers. So we carefully drove back to Bend and replaced the part in the parking lot. The mechanic wasn't available to help, as it was almost closing time at 4:00 on a Friday, but LaDawna was a fantastic help, staying until we were able to get the new leaf spring and wheel back on the trailer. She truly went above and beyond. If it weren't for her, we would have been spending the night in Bend and missing a day with our grandkids at camp! The 5 stars are for LaDawna! Tom & Felicia H.

We bought a new 5th wheel from Blue Compass in Redmond, OR despite previously having had a terrible experience with Blue Dog RV, and having options much closer to home BECAUSE of the PEOPLE and how we were treated by salesperson Emily Gordon, the Manager, Mike Johnston. It is clear that they love their business and are committed to professionalism and treating their customers right. They answered all our questions and made us a solid offer on the unit that ticked all of our boxes. So much so that we were comfortable enough to put down our deposit over the phone then drive 4 hours to do paperwork and our walk though. Jen helped us with the financing. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at a great Mexican Restaurant (Caramel) recommended by Emily. The next day, Makenzie gave us a very complete tour of our new RV! She is knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give us pointers not found in the owners manual based upon her commitment and experience. It is unfortunate that the name is so similar because they deserve a blue ribbon and 5 gold stars.

We were told from the service manager, we were lucky to have that kind of service in past but they were 2-3 weeks out as they had 50 trailers ahead of ours. Unexceptionable! Called the boys in Utah that built our trailer and they will have it completed on Monday. Driving to Utah today and delaying our South Dakota trip but trust that it will be done right. Put in a new toilet ( i asked to repair the old toilet foot lever only) without asking my permission and the lines leaked all over the bathroom floor because the joints were not tightened. Had valves repaired and the underbelly was left in a mess with duct tape falling off. They "fixed " the kitchen sink and did not tighten the joints - leaking water everywhere. Had the slide seals replaced - itʻ was not fitted properly and the sealer hangs over the slide. Donʻt go here, youʻll be more than sorry. I would give this place a zero if I could.

Ryan first showed us a used Newmar New Aire that we really loved, but he didn't have one available at the time. He was still incredibly helpful and generous with his time. If we were purchasing again, we would absolutely go through him. Unfortunately, we ended up purchasing from the world's largest Newmar dealer in Florida, and the experience there was abysmal and expensive. We drove from Florida to Oregon (home) for a 6 week trip and took a couple small trips. After compiling a big list of necessary repairs, we returned to Beaver for service. That took about 5 months, though we weren't in a hurry and it seems they were very thorough. Nine months after initial purchase, we scheduled a paid walkthrough with their specialist, Aaron Pierce. That experience made a huge difference. Aaron took the time to walk us through details we didn't even realize we needed to know--things that would have made our earlier trips much easier and more enjoyable. Even when leaving, Aaron, Jaime, and Ryan all made sure we knew how to reach them if there were questions or issues. Arriving back at home, we had questions on AGS settings and Aaron has been very responsive via text messaging. Overall, Beaver Coach Sales has been helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to support us even when they didn't make the original sale. That says a lot about their team.

We really felt like the dealer's primary emphasis was to get the sale and get rid of us. The delivery walk-thru on our last coach was to be three hours if we took delivery during the week or two hours if we took deliver on a Saturday. I guess I learn faster on Saturdays. Beaver Coach Sales offered "as much time as I wanted" for the delivery walk-thru. Put it this way, Beaver Coach Sales treated us like we have been treated at the Mother Ship (Newmar factor service department in Nappanee, IN). The entire process was respectful and enjoyable. Beaver Coach Sales did everything they promised to do, including verbal promises. They worked closly with Newmar to get two Freightliner chassis issues fixed before we took delivery. Everyone is an expert in their area and understand who to direct your questions to if they can't answer your question(s). Lindsay is the consummate salesman, very relaxing to talk to. Travis worked with Lindsay to get the "extra things" accomplished. Stepahnie always greated us with a warm smile and a true desire to help. Shu, the busines manager; based on their attitudes Shu and Lindsay must have been brothers. Service!, also known as Becky, is someone we all need to get to know. A joy to work with, Danny, the electronics technician, knows his stuff. He was able to explain things so that I could understand. Maria; this was the cleanest coach we had ever taken deliver of! DO NOT BUY FROM LARRY'S RV!!!!!…read more We bought a cab over camper on Feb 14, 2020 for $20,000 cash + paperwork fee's DMV etc., today is Dec 22,2020 and we still haven't received the title I have found out some shady business practices they have done to us!! #1 paid them for unit 2-14-2020 didn't hear anything for 2 months granted it was the covid 19 crap when I called Georgia (owners wife) told me not to worry that DMV was backed up because of the shut down (B.S)!! #2 we called the sellers bank to see if it was paid off yet (June2020) and it wasn't even paid off yet?? Called back end of June it was finally paid off middle of the month and bank stated that title was sent to Larry's RV. #3 fast forward to August still NO title in the mail to us.....called Georgia AGAIN to inquire where my title was?! She then says I sent in al the paperwork to DMV and haven't received anything yet it hasn't came yet I called the DMV and waited on the line for 4 hours and they say they are way backed up so again I wait. #4 Called Georgia AGAIN.....lie after lie after lie!.... finally she sent me a refund of $98 and a bunch of the paperwork she NEVER sent in to DMV and told me to fill the paperwork to DMV myself?! huh I thought you sent it in?? I call the bank again they again tell me they sent it certified mail to Larry's RV and said they received it well according to Georgia she didn't have it Larry's RV kept my money for 4 months before they paid off my camper they are thieves and con artist DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
