We have hired OnLine Builders/Wakefield Kitchen & Bath twice now; the 1st time in 2020, for a…read morekitchen/bath remodel, to make our former rental property more to our liking, since we were going to move in full time after retirement. That project took about 4-5 months to complete, with a couple of structural issues & changes we made along the way. From a total bathroom gutting, to replacing an entire staircase to a loft, Jay Maine & his team were present, hard-working, neat & thorough during the entire process and offered creative options for design flow, flooring choices & barn-board design. The resulting kitchen, bath & living areas are beautiful & sunny with the now open floor design. Several months ago we decided to renovate our downstairs bathroom and called upon OnLine Builders again. Like the first time, there were no surprises & the construction process was smooth and seamless & at a fair cost. We continue to enjoy our bright kitchen & living space and two beautiful bathrooms! Thank you OnLine Builders!

We did not even know what we wanted and they showed us options in all budget levels. We were given samples to take home to compare and selected the one we wanted and the measure, purchase, and install was flawless. The installation crew was amazing. I would recommend them for sure and will use them for flooring needs in the future!

He told us that if we did not like what we purchased we could take him to court! We were only there to ask if we could reselect. After waiting months for a contractor to install this, we had no choice but to have this flooring installed in our kitchen. We have been living with this for several months now and every day we hate it more. We felt like Mark backed us up into a corner that we had no way out. Sorry we ever walked into that store. I didn't think it was possible to remove the dirt and mysterious grime on the carpets, and resigned myself to replacing them. I contacted Bonnie at Advanced Systems Carpet Cleaning because of their wonderful reviews and I can say it was absolutely the right choice. I was scheduled immediately and Bonnie and her son literally performed magic, doing a deep cleaning of the damaged areas. I was stunned that they were able to get our carpets back to pristine, beautiful condition. Bonnie is super responsive, easy to work with, fairly priced and a perfectionist about her work. I am ecstatic over the results. Later had them do a clean, color and protectant seal of all of our 1st floor tile. The results were gorgeous and beyond my expectations. No more babying the tile or wasting time doing backbreaking grout scrubbing. Best decision ever. I am looking forward to having Bonnie and her team do the rest of our floors.
