It's a community business where we can take a moment to acknowledge each other with a "hello how are you." If the reviewer was that put out they could have easily said something to the (always present) owner rather than complain about it here. I could get it to work to either turn the lights on or shut them off but not both. I went to the store, with my receipt, to return the item. At first, they stated they got it working and it was not defective. ( They actually got it to turn on an item which I also did). Then they said they could not accept the return because I did not have the original packaging and therefore they could not resell it.
