We were under an extreme time crunch as we're trying to get our house on the market, and I also needed to schedule our house painters before the end of the painting season. Steve, our sales representative was phenomenal at working with Caleb, the project scheduler to get us scheduled, so we wouldn't miss the timeline. They were also very responsive with my messages and urgency concerning if the electricity would need to be disconnected as some of the work was near our breaker box and.main lines, even scheduling Derik, the project manager to ease my anxiety. I really appreciated the very quick responses scheduling, and work that was completed! Everything was very professional from start to finish and the crew did an amazing job not only with a repair but also the cleanup. The total job only took one day and because of their responsiveness, we were able to schedule our painters before the end of the season!! We were told by Charlie the new owner it's our problem. Our contractor installed them and couldn't believe the damage. Very very very dissatisfied with Design West I would not recommend to anyone.
