I personally wouldn't invest in a couch from World Market because it's typically very expensive, and you can find similar items at other retailers. But they have unique accent chairs and small attractive furniture items. My favorite thing to get here, in addition to the chocolate, are the Christmas ornaments. They are so, so beautiful, and so unique. There is so much detail in each one. Now that it's after Christmas, they are all 50% off, making each one around $2.50 - $4.00. If you have a World Market in your area, I'd encourage you go and check them out. While some items are more expensive, the unique items, hard to find items and the nostalgic items are what it's worth stopping for.

But I don't even think another store would necessarily have the model in-stock that we ultimately decided on. So far, the furniture has held up nice, almost 3 months later. I was immediately told to contact the manufacturer. When I asked "Teri" again whether they could look at photos to help identify the sedge, I was told, "I can't provide product support for the entire country" and was again directed to Bonide. I wasn't asking this small business to provide nationwide product support--I was a potential customer trying to determine whether a product they sell online was appropriate before giving them my business. A simple "I'm sorry, we aren't able to identify plants from photos" would have been perfectly reasonable and professional. The dismissive tone convinced me to purchase elsewhere. As a small-business owner myself, customer service matters to me, and unfortunately this interaction lost them a customer.
