Sadly the experience was horrible and rife with problems from the very beginning. The owner, Peggy, has no background in quality restoration and replaced the 100 year old antique nails head with inexpensive, plastic buttons sewn on by unqualified workers. She does not stand behind her products and is unwilling to listen to her customers; given how precious these antique pieces can be to family members do not patronize someone who is only out to make a fast sale.
