Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. Chair is absolutely a transformation. Comfortable and I can't wait to use as a prop. Love the oatmeal color I chose.

He took control of the situation immediately and got to work. What Francisco does is a combination of science, art, and engineering. The contract included ongoing fixes for the couch. Our couch cushions collapsed again (not their fault, it's a tricky vintage couch) and it took MONTHS for them to pick up the cushions. They only took 2 of the 3 into the shop but I begged for them to take the third. All was well again until the 3rd cushion (which they denied to bring in) collapsed. I have been messaging them for SEVEN MONTHS and they will not respond. Overall, they are VERY KIND and GOOD when they do respond to me. But the logistics of reaching out for months and months is like pulling teeth. We've been with a collapsed couch longer than we've had a working couch over the past two years.
