He got my information, informed me about inventory and said he would follow up. I told him I'd be traveling the next day, but he told me to still call if I hadn't heard from him. I called on my layover that Sunday morning and Manny answered and said he was getting an updated from the warehouse that had my glass and would text me with the timeframe for the repair that following Monday. The tech made it to my place that following Monday morning during the one hour timeframe that Manny provided, replaced the glass, cleaned the broken glass and was done in about 40-50 minutes. I've never had to get this done before so I can't compare, but I was super impressed by the affordability, speed, availability, and Manny's general helpful attitude! This is the level of customer service I expect and I hope I don't have to use them again, but would in a heartbeat.
