I jumped on my trusty Yelp app and used the request a quote option. Within MINUTES I had a response, and within the hour he set up a time to come out and check it out the next morning. An aside: the Yelp request a quote app was EASY! I could even upload pics. When the gentleman came out to quote me he was as kind as could be. Mask, distance, the whole bit. Perfect. He gave me a reasonable quote, and told me that he could come out within a couple of days - providing an exact time and stating that he would call me if his job before mine ended sooner. The communication was great the whole time. We spoke mid weekend and the day before he cameout. When I asked him what payment he preferred, I was provided viable options (including Zele). He came in the morning in the timeframe stated (between 9:30 and 10:30 AM) and the job took about 4 hours. When they arrived my partner asked for them to remove 2 more bushes, and they agreed for just a little more (and not a complaint!). I am very pleased with the outcome. They were careful around the infrastructure, sprinkler lines and the plants that I did want to keep. I cannot say enough for the kindness they exhibited, and how happy I am with the excavation job. My new place has many a tree, so I know that I will be giving them a call again in the near future! Did I mention - they more responsive than any others within my area! A BIG plus!

BEWARE!!! These people came to cut my neighbor's tree. They had permission from me to TRIM my…read morebackyard tree that hung over into the neighbors yard. The neighbor agreed through text that it would only be the bottom limbs that were cut. I told the person with this company (when he came to my door to ask me to move my car for safeguarding) that no one was allowed inside of my backyard or atop/upon my tree. Unfortunately, I fell asleep on couch. Husband came home early to find a man in my tree, in my yard, and most of the tree on the right side gone. He demanded the man to remove himself as the neighbors are yelling for him to continue cutting the tree. My beautiful tree is destroyed. This company better hope that my tree regrows... as I know that these oaks are not supposed to be cut so hazardly, especially in the warmer months. They didn't seal the broken damage, nor correct the mangled chopping of the limbs. Also, the neighbor offered them beer and they accepted. Nice to know heavy machinery and attached trailer are being driven by drunks. They started the job at 7:30 am and finished after 6pm. Such a long time for one tree and 1/4 of another. Out of 4-5 "workers", only one or two worked. The others lazed around playing on their phones. Use at your own risk as they do not respect your neighbors property, nor the value of trees!!!
