DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I needed an Sprinkler RPZ protection valve installed. I called 8…read moretimes and waited almost 3 months for Murrah to come to out my house. Once they arrived, they could not find the point where the sprinkler line left the main water line. They dug over 10 different holes in my yard to check for the line, which I was left to backfill. All the time Mr. Murrah was looking for the sprinkler line, he kept repeating "This is why I HATE doing this kind of job." Finally, he asked to put the valve on the main line close to the meter. Uneducated about such things, I agreed to protect the integrity of the remainder of my lawn. Little did I know that this configuration does not allow me to shut off my sprinkler system WITHOUT turning off the main water line to the house. This configuration also does not protect my house from contaminated backflow water. I also requested them to repair two sprinkler heads that had cracked in the ground. One of his unlicensed (undocumented) workers capped them both off instead of repairing them, which I discovered 48 hours later when one started to leak again. I called several times to get someone to return and fix the problems.... NO ONE EVER called back. I paid another professional to fix Murrah's mistakes.
