This has nothing to do with them at all, this is 100% about how appointments are being managed. I called around 2pm to book and specifically asked for Amy and Fenny. I was given a 5pm appointment and told it would take about 1-1.5 hours depending on design, which was perfect because I had dinner at 7. I got there on time at 5... and wasn't seated until almost 5:30pm. Amy started my nails then, and Fenny didn't start my pedicure until around 5:50pm. At that point I'm already stressed because I have plans. I ended up having to push my dinner... then push it again. I didn't leave until 7pm. So I was there for 2 hours and 12 minutes, not because of the service itself, but because my appointment started 30+ minutes late. Also, because they were closing, I was asked to check out while I was still being serviced. Not a huge deal, but just adds to the experience. What really bothered me was the front. Amy and Fenny were great as always, but the person managing appointments didn't acknowledge the delay, didn't apologize, didn't give a heads up... nothing. If you know you're running behind, just say that. Call me, or at least tell me when I walk in that it's going to be a 30-45 minute wait so I can decide what I want to do. And the most frustrating part -- parking. Yes, they validate, but because THEY were running late, I still ended up paying $12 out of pocket. That honestly made me MAD. I showed up on time for my appointment... why am I paying for the delay??.....I would like to be REFUNDED for that. This place is more expensive than others nearby, which I've been fine with because the quality is there. I'll still come back for Amy and Fenny, but this was a really disappointing experience. If this happens again, I'm not waiting -- I'll just walk out. Management really needs to tighten up scheduling and communication because the nail techs themselves are too good for this kind of experience.

What I appreciate most is how transparent they are about pricing they always make sure you know if there are any extra charges before starting a service. Today, though, I witnessed something that really stood out and I was actually sitting right next to the customer the entire time. A girl came in and started complaining about the cost after her nails had already been started. From the beginning, her tone felt rude and dismissive. When the manager came over to help, she tried to calmly explain the pricing, but the customer kept interrupting and responding with a passive-aggressive attitude. At one point, she even told the manager to lower her voice in a disrespectful way, despite the manager remaining professional the entire time. To make things more uncomfortable, her boyfriend started adding his opinion, even though he had nothing to do with the service. Instead of helping de-escalate the situation, he made it worse by defending his girlfriend, even though she was clearly in the wrong. It would have been more appropriate to let the customer and the person in charge handle the situation directly. Another manager stepped in and patiently pulled up her past transactions to clearly show what had been charged before. They explained that sometimes removal fees are waived, but it's never guaranteed and they always communicate that upfront, which is something I've personally experienced and appreciated. Even after being shown proof, the customer continued to be upset and dismissive, saying things like, "Whatever, just finish my nails. I'll pay, but I'm never coming back." After all that I understand why staff didn't want to service her anymore. She left the place with nails on and she still didn't pay. The staff handled everything with patience and professionalism, even when faced with unnecessary rudeness.

I had a bad nail technician experience so let me give you my detailed experience. Most bail salons do not really care about infection control but her? Every drill bit changed, every towel chained, brushed off metal bits to make sure no nail dust was on it, WIPING EVERYTHING BEFORE TOUCHING ANYTHING SPEAKE VOLUME. I told her my bad nail tech experience and she understood how seeing poor quality nails can affect your day and its true. I had a mental breakdown because my nails were just done terribly so she took the time to assess my nails and when she noticed my left thumb was crooked, she took the nail off and redid the whole prep process twice because she did mess up twice. Usually some nail techs don't talk to you or they be talking in their own language and but throughout the whole time I was there, she took accountability on her part and double checked with me to make sure my nails were to my satisfaction. I will be definitely going back to her because she turned a picture into reality twice as better!! She took her time and did not rush even when the shop was closed already. So i tipped her bit because she understood me and she made sure I was satisfied with the results. Total price paid $105 for this set!
