Wish I could leave no stars - these people are scammers and thieves…read more Just take Tess F.'s review and replace "plate" with any piece of equipment they will sell you...they will screw up, promise you they will fix it, and after you keep calling to remind them, they will just screw you in the end. The most egregious was a $1600 refrigerated display case that they put a ridiculously undersized compressor in. I lost $100's of $ of product because it kept failing. After my refrigeration guy called them and basically told them he could not understand why anyone would put such a small unit in when it clearly said what size was needed, Ann Gillette personally agreed to pay for the correct size compressor and labor to put it in. They took back the wrong compressor and never paid for the new one - and did not refund a penny to me! The last time I called they had the nerve to yell at me that I held up their driver when he came to pick up (steal) the compressor. I threatened to take them to court, but in the end it was not worth my time. I am not a small customer, I bought thousands of dollars in equipment from them. Never again. They have no ethics.
