I found Kleen to be an excellent value compared to other quotes I received. The communication was excellent. Actually they overcommitted which was good because it's easy to miss emails. So I really appreciated that. The customer service was very professional and friendly. When the ladies arrived to clean they were very friendly, provided service with a smile and had a great sense of humor. Truly a lovely team - I couldn't ask for more. They did an excellent job and left a smile on my face afterwards with the quality of their work. Kleen is worth every penny in my humble opinion. read more

2 employees team 27- very good! They did a great job, done in 3 1/2 hours better than there old routine!

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and they were very responsive! They actually had a team come out the same day! They were so efficient and deep cleaned everything! They even loaded my dishwasher and cleaned the dishes in my sink. But my home is immaculate! My husband and I will definitely look into regular cleaning to keep my home looking this amazing. read more

I've used Kleen a few times to clean my home and I have never been disappointed. It's easy to book an appointment and Kleen is very responsive to my questions. They also arrive in a very timely manner and are very efficient and thorough in their work. Specifically team #14, they listen to my requests and my house is always spotless after they leave. Also they leave very cute designs on all my paper towels and the toilet paper as well! Pricing is fair, I was quoted $110/hour for 3 person crew. I will continue to use Kleen for all my future cleaning needs! read more

I had given Kleen a call to get my empty condo deep cleaned to get it ready for our move. The process of the estimate and scheduling was great, but the deep cleaning service was ok. I asked to have my windows sills cleaned, but there were still dirty spots and they missed an entire patio door. The price is fair but I was hoping a deep clean would have more attention to the details I requested. I appreciate them sending people over on short notice and they were nice but the deep cleaning service was ok. read more

I'd never used a cleaning company before, but we lost our longtime house cleaner during the pandemic, and I'm physically not able to keep up with the cleaning. After researching, I called David at Kleen, and had Alma, Ashley and Angela come to my house for two hours. In that time my showers became sparkling, my kitchen shone and the floors and dusting were done beautifully. Today I had the same team come and clean for an elderly friend whose house was beyond dirty since she can't do any cleaning at all, nor even empty the trash. In three hours, this wonderful team made her house sparkle top to bottom. I'm thrilled with the quality of their work and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you, Alma, Ashley and Angela! read more

KLEEN - especially Team 19 with Maria S. - is amazing!! I felt a wave of relief seeing the house after they finished. We got the Basic Clean, which based on KLEEN's service menu included dusting, wiping, organizing, but I felt like Maria's team went above and beyond because the house needed a bit more elbow grease. My kitchen stove and bathroom sliding doors are both incredibly hard to clean and they spent the extra time to get all the years worth of build up out. They also had an amazing attitude while working and made sure to ask if they could have a little more time. Totally recommend KLEEN and Maria's team! read more

Hired their crew for basic cleaning and Team #18 did a great job with cleaning our place. Very happy with the service!

I recently switched to Kleen and it was a great decision. Their team of three cleaners managed my 2 bed, 2 bath condo at ~1400 sq. ft. in an hour and a half, which is half the time it took my last maid service. Their team was very friendly and professional, as well as very thorough! I'll be making them my new permanent solution for my maid service needs. read more

This Company and their employees are wonderful. Very responsive, professional and courteous. Our cleaning team "19", Maria, Kimberly and Sara are amazing! They come in, do the work and are polite, professional and they will come and ask questions if they aren't sure about a certain area. Their cleaning is always done VERY well and always complete. The Business always responds to any questions or requests for additional help immediately. read more

I recently used Kleen for a move out clean. I reached out to them via Yelp and got a really quick response. Booking was a bit weird, because you can only book via text. I'm a fan of online booking, but that's just me. The original date I wanted was gone 2 weeks in advance. So if you are looking for a specific day, book early. The day of I got a call saying they could come earlier, which was handy. Three ladies arrived and got to work as soon as they walked in. I left them to it and popped back a couple of hours later. They had pulled everything out of my cabinets, which was great. I had forgot some stuff, so that was handy. The place was gleaming afterwards. I was really happy with the job they did. I paid in cash, and gave them a tip. The job they did would have taken me days, so I was glad to have this service. Highly recommend using Kleen. read more

5 Stars cleaning service with team 3: Maria, Luisa and Sarah! I've been using Kleen for 3 years now back in 2020 when pandemic started! Every time is different team but all of them did amazing job to clean my house. My house is almost 2000 sqft, 4 bed and 3.5 bath that is a lot of space to clean! Plus we have pets both cats and dogs! House could get pretty dirty and hard to maintain clean. I always request deep clean because it's needed as time goes by. The most recent visit is 7/21/2023 that Luisa's team with Maria and Sarah did a great job cleaning and organizing house for 4 hours! I originally booked for 3 hours but I want them to clean one more bathroom that needed an extra hour. I typically like them to clean just bathroom, kitchen, dining area and family room since those are major common area for my family to use. Bedrooms are whenever is needed I will let them know. They are very flexible, attention to details and super friendly! They bring their own cleaning equipments, moving furnitures to really clean the dust underneath where you don't normally see! They are the professional and know how to clean. I appreciate them and I think they are great value to me and my family. Their new price in 2023 is $110/hr and 3 person a crew. I recommended Kleen to clean houses for you! Price might seem high to what I heard from other people but I have no complains as I saw the service they provided and I think it's worth it! read more

We're moving out and had planned to thoroughly clean our 1br apartment ourselves. During the last week, we were feeling so stressed about getting everything packed and ready to leave that suddenly cleaning our apartment seemed so daunting. After researching businesses, we found Kleen and reached out for a quote. We soon had an appointment set up in the narrow window of time we had available and immediately felt a sense of relief. The booking and communication process was so easy. Fast forward to today. We were feeling pretty embarrassed about how filthy our apartment has gotten over the past two years and felt badly that the folks from Kleen would have to deal with it. On top of that, we are leaving furniture and rugs in our apartment for a subletter, so it was going to be more challenging for them to maneuver around all the stuff to clean. We were running behind so slept for less than three hours trying to get everything packed or tucked away so the folks from Kleen would be able to do their work without tripping over our unfinished packing. They showed up a few minutes early and after a quick review of what we wanted done, the three women from Team 4, led by Minga, got to work and powered through our mess. Minga was so detail-oriented, thoughtful, and communicated with us throughout the process. She and her team were a pleasure to work with. After about two hours, what was so daunting and seemingly impossible to do in the time we had left was suddenly done. Our apartment is now cleaner than we've ever seen and we are so grateful. Minga and her team are incredibly skilled and professional - what would have taken us days to clean half as well was done in just two hours. The trouble spots that we could never seem to get clean ourselves, are now immaculate. Thank you so much for the incredible experience from start to finish! We will definitely be recommending Kleen to all our LA friends! read more

Lucy from team #17 is highly recommended. I will 100% book team #17 with Kleen again. They were right on time with the scheduling, one of the team members had a flat tire on the way here and even with those obstacles in the way, EVERYTHING i asked for was done with outstanding effort. House smells clean, they got rid of all the build up on my kitchen floor. 100% satisfied !!!! read more

Arrived on time and delivered a thorough yet efficient cleaning. Will continue to use KLEEN.

My sister recommended Kleen to me and I love older sister advice! :) The Kleen team was efficient, worked hard, and were very pleasant to have in my home. I had a team of 3 ladies and it was nice that they were cheerful and chatting with each other while they worked. And the communication with the company was fantastic! Calling them again this week! :) read more

We have Kleen clean our home. They consistently do a great job and the scheduling and communication is easy.

The Kleen team came to deep clean my 2 bedroom apartment and I couldn't feel happier! this was my first time having my place professionally cleaned and It feels like a brand new home! my tub, toilet and kitchen sink are white and better than when we even moved in! I'm so grateful and highly recommend this team! Sharon read more

This was my first time working with Kleen. The initial contact on Yelp was extremely quick. I was able to get a breakdown of pricing and move forward with booking. The actual booking took a little bit of follow up but it's understandable considering many cleaning services are really busy right now. Making the appointment was very easy. I needed my apt cleaned on short notice and they made it work. For 1.5 hours, I was quoted at $150 for a 3 person team to arrive at 6am. The team arrived on time and got to work. I left for a bit towards the end to run and errand and when I came back, the house seemed as clean as I could have imagined. Tipping 3 cleaners at $10 each brought my grand total to $180. A little bit on the more expensive side when you add in tip. It's been a few days now and the OCD in me is starting to notice some things that they missed. For example: We have an older electric stovetop. Previous cleaners take off the coil and give it a good scrub underneath to remove the oil and greases. It looked like they just cleaned the surface. The grout between the tile on the kitchen counter still had old food spots that I scrubbed myself. The coffee table surface wasn't cleaned. That seems like the most obvious piece of furniture to clean but maybe they missed it. On a sweeter note: they made my dog's bed in his crate and put his toys away. I probably should have gone through the apartment while they were still there to make sure everything was up to standard so my fault there. The team weren't fluent in English so there's a chance the communication would have been confusing anyway. I will probably find another company to work with because I think my apartment is more of a 2 person job and I did receive quotes for less that I would like to try. With a 5 star rating, they seem to work well for others! read more

We hired KLEEN to do a deep clean of the unit we're moving into and they did a fantastic job! We didn't want to distract them so we didn't talk to them much but they seemed to have a great personality and worked well with each other. They were careful and respectful of the property and made sure to ask for our assistance when they had trouble opening doors and windows. Customer service was quick and convenient. I made my appointment through call and finished booking through text. They have an online system that sends email confirmations for the appointment and job completion. My only feedback is that it would've been nice to have an online booking portal as well, especially for scheduling appointments after hours. Making the appointment through phone/text was easy too but I kept forgetting to do it during their office hours as I'm usually busy at my own job too during the day. Overall though, really loved KLEEN's service and I'm already planning to book them again for my move-out date. read more

My previous cleaning lady went MIA and found KLEEN on yelp. Never experienced such a professional cleaning crew and operation. Even though I've done monthly cleanings consistently, I decided to try for a deep clean and wow saw a difference that I will now incorporate it multiple times a year in addition to my monthly cleanings! read more

This was our first cleaning with Kleen and it went great, Reina and her #9 crew were so friendly and willing to accomodate any requests we made. To be honest I was pretty nervous, but Reina, Andrea and Mari (I believe were their names) were so sweet and their confidence in their abilities put me at ease. We loved the little touches that felt like we just came back to a hotel room. Requesting a specific date and time also so easy and quick. The ladies moved fast but paid so much attention to detail, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I especially appreciated how easy they made the service, so professional and they brought everything they needed. They knew exactly what to do and we couldn't be happier. We are definitely going to ask for them back! read more

I had my house cleaned today and the 3 ladies that cleaned did a phenomenal job! My home is spotless! I used to clean homes myself so I have a very critical eye. I am so impressed. My next-door neighbor recommended Kleen because she is very happy with their service so I thought I would give them a try. I felt that they went above and beyond my expectations. I will be calling them again when I need help with periodic cleaning. Definitely worth every penny. THANK YOU KLEEN! FROM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER read more

Been using Kleen for years for assistance with deep cleaning my home every couple of months. Once again great service with this organization and very professional. Thank you again Kleen, for your professionalism you continue to show. read more

I've received home cleaning from the Kleen team since 2021. I'm thankful for the teams I've had. ADT and Nest also monitor my home. In general, indiscretions are not major. I've ignored accidental breakages but reported unnecessary invasions of privacy and damaged property. Acceptance and owning mistakes are a problem. We're all human and sometimes a simple apology is okay rather than a fabrication. read more

Scheduled a 1.75-hour basic cleaning, based on the square footage of the home. We moved everything off of the floor and counters, and we emptied the kitchen sink before the cleaners arrived. Overall, they did an okay job. Good: Communication and scheduling through text and phone was great. Email confirmation and reminder of appointment. Friendly staff. Brought all necessary supplies. Bathrooms were cleaned well. Not-so-good: The kitchen floor wasn't cleaned well. They spent time on things not included in agreement, so there wasn't enough time to get to all the rooms. The kitchen floor wasn't cleaned well. read more

Amazing service and incredibly professional and polite staff . They did an excellent job and I'd used them again

We hired different teams from this company, but unfortunately were not satisfied. Our house is not dirty to the naked eye, but of course we notice what has been cleaned and what has not. We requested that they use a real mop versus a swiffer sweeper because swiffers just smear dirt around, but they continuously brought swiffers. We had issues with them skipping out on cleaning our shower walls, as we could still see the soap scum and residue and because it's gray tile they thought we wouldn't notice. When we pointed it out, they would continuously say they cleaned it but would clean it again as if we were mistaken. It got to the point where we started planting obvious trash in corners or unavoidable dirt markings to ensure they wouldn't skip over it. One team of cleaners broke our glass side table stand and tried to cover it up by putting a face mask over the cracked glass. And although I do not have tangible proof, my passport, birth certificate, social security card and other identity documents mysteriously went missing from my office during the times we employed this cleaning service. They were all in a blue folder that I have had for 15+ years and all of a sudden I have never been able to find it again after allowing this cleaning company in my office. No one else has had access to it, and one cleaner always heads out first while the other cleaner is half way out of the door. If you do hire them, please do so with precaution and absolutely review your camera footage after they leave. read more

I had a great experience with Kleen. They showed up on time with a team of 3 and got right to work. I paid for the basic cleaning, and they finished cleaning up 2 bdrm / 3 bath home in just under 2 hours. I was really impressed by how clean they got the bathrooms (especially the toilets and showers) as well as the kitchen stove, which were in pretty rough condition. The team was also really respectful and non-intrusive, which I appreciated. Booking was a little difficult because they seem to be pretty busy right now and they also mentioned I'm outside of their typical range, but they were nice enough to accommodate me and find a slot that worked well for me. I'll definitely book with Kleen again for the next time I need my home cleaned :) read more

tl;dr - Overall the service response was prompt. The cleaning team was friendly and accommodating and accomplished a ton in a fairly large space across three hours. That said, whether they felt rushed or were simply attempting to freshen up the space, the random rearranging and sometimes careless approach to our individual belongings and electronics was frustrating, requiring a few hours of scouring the house to put things back in their place or reconfigure devices that had been turned off or unplugged without notice. -------- Scheduling was easy. I started the process over the phone, a menu of service options/prices was texted to me for my 2-floor townhouse, and every other bit of communication was accomplished via email or text, with rapid responses from the Kleen home base. A few minor notes about the job were provided by me to the Kleen ahead of time (one room needed to be prioritized so I could have faster access to it and I wasn't sure how involved the cleaning would be so we started with a 2 hour basic clean and left it up to the cleaning team and me to determine if 3 hours total would be needed on the day). I was asked if an English speaker was needed, and after confirming so, I was told one member of the three-person cleaning team (#13) would speak English. Since my service was scheduled for the afternoon and not the morning, I was given a two-hour window of time within which they would arrive. The team arrived promptly at the start of their time window, which was very helpful for my own schedule. Despite Kleen specifically asking about English as a preferred language, the team leader only spoke some English. Regardless, it was enough to get the job done, and everything else could be communicated via a translation app if there was any nuance needed. The team worked very fast, and even though we were initially blocked for two hours, the job clearly needed three, and the team was flexible to accommodate (though admittedly the team leader had no clue that the option of three hours was offered to me; that could have been better communicated by the larger Kleen service to their own workers in case they had a scheduling conflict). The cleaning itself was great. All surfaces and nooks and crannies were well tended to and anything specific I asked for was addressed. The biggest issues were discovered after the team had left. A large amount of items were "off." Dozens of items (brushes, bowls, soap dispensers, towels, display pieces, photos, cables, etc.) on countertops, shelves, and hanging racks had been randomly rearranged. Some were minor and not much of an issue, some needed to be hunted for or caused problems. Many surge protectors had been shut off, disrupting the function of a variety of devices. Some devices and lights plugged in before the team arrived were left unplugged when they left, which also caused issues. All of this led to a bit of search and rescue for several hours afterward as I tried to put things back in their natural place and get everything working again, as well as discovering odds and ends that were askew even a day later. If I was to use Kleen again, or even have the same team again, I would strongly emphasize the need to return things to their original place after cleaning them, be mindful of electronics, and/or have someone ask me if something is okay to be unplugged if it's in the way. read more

So happy to have found Kleen through Yelp to assist when one of my kid's rommates was moving out and before the new one moved in. They were super easy to accomodate to our schedule, despite we moved it 3x from the original scheduling. Crew #12 (Teresa's) of 3 super gals did a great job of deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom! We are talking it was in NEED of deep cleaning! Even the kids couldn't believe how clean the microwave became...the inside of the frig... the stove - OMG they got it spotless! I've had my house cleaned by Kleen's services for a little while now, and everything usually went well. There was a couple of instances that I can remember going poorly though, and it was consistent mistakes that made me eventually part ways with them. The straw that broke the camels back was being accused of "implying" that they had stolen from me when asking if they had seen my reusable masks. There was one incident where my kitchen countertops hadn't been adequately cleaned- so they came back and fixed it which was cool! The next incident was around the holidays, when one of the cleaning crews threw plates with food on them into the dishwasher, clogging it and making a huge mess (photos attached). You can see where they carelessly put a whole piece of bread in the dishwasher, and even balanced a non-dishwasher safe pot onto CRYSTAL WINE GLASSES that cracked from this. After spending hours cleaning out my nauseating and slimy dishwasher, Kleen and I agreed on $ off of my next service and they also dropped off a "dishwasher cleaning pack", while telling me this only happened because their crew was saddened by The impact of COVID-19. That made sense, I agreed that it would be a one time thing and continued with their services. My last cleaning was a couple of days ago. I have been searching every inch of my small apartment space for my reusable mask laundry box to no avail. It's normal to have to search for things that are put away after a cleaning service, but I'd normally find them by now. I decided to text and ask if they had seen them, they responded that they hadn't. I asked if they might've thrown them in the trash. I mentioned that they're sentimental and cost as much as 2 services would, mentioning that it wouldn't be worth it for me to continue my services with them and at this rate I'm losing out by having my house cleaned. The owner seemed to flare up when I mentioned that I might not be continuing future services with them, and instead of trying to keep my business, he said that I had implied that I was being stolen from. Do you want a maid service that makes you feel like a villain for asking where your belongings were placed? Neither do I. To respond to your comment, Peter, you shouldn't feel threatened when clients ask for help finding their items. read more

Absolutely wonderful and we now repeat customers! They followed up with us through text messages & emails (which were incredibly convenient) and Peter even came through to our establishment to give us an estimate on how much the cleaning would be. They told us a day that they were going to come and give an estimate and not only that, they gave us an estimated time of arrival of only a two-hour window! We are at the offices all day so any time would have been fine, but it's great that their customer service is top-notch, that way you can plan your life around the window. The cleaners came early in the morning and when we got to the office, they were already gone. They did a PHENOMENAL job. Absolutely amazing. They cleaned every single thing that was in the office. We couldn't find a spot that they DIDN'T clean. We are now going to be regular customers of this business and will highly recommend them to everyone who wants their office cleaned! read more
