These folks stayed the course and operated at this location for over 100 years. this past twenty being our fleet mechanic's. He said he would do the work the next morning and call when he was on his way. The next day, Friday, he didn't call, didn't show up, and would not answer his phone. I received a call on Saturday saying he couldn't get to me until the following week. It is now too late to get the work done before work on Monday, and I will miss a day of work sorting out the problems he caused by not simply giving me a five-minute phone call on Friday. If you are a small business and don't respec, then you deserve a on- star review
