This is a known issue - this generation truck HATES aftermarket security systems, and it was causing all kinds of problems, so we asked Toads to remove it. He was familiar with this issue, also said he'd look at the starter, and would let us know. I don't know what time he starts work, but he called us to pick up our truck at lunchtime Monday (we dropped it off Sunday night.) Let me tell you, the cost was BEYOND reasonable. I kind of wish I had more wonky electrical issues in vehicles, because they do such nice work.

He instantly named Vinny. Don't know how their towing is, but I know they just wasted my whole day making me run around for a car they never had yet said they did.
