I had my brakes done here. They were able to see me at the first time that worked for me. Nick called me within a short period of time to let me know the diagnosis and cost. The work was done quickly. The cost was fair. From the perspective of efficiency and finances, this is a great shop. However, the shop has something more than the pure business side. As noted in many of the reviews I read before I tried this shop, there is a true human element at work here. I felt that Nick was genuine and thoughtful. He was also very considerate. He had someone pull my car out for me when I went to pick it up as it was parked in a tight spot, saving me from performing a dozen small maneuvers to get it out, haha. I would bring my car there again in a heartbeat.

Like any good mechanic they are in demand so it can sometimes be hard to get through and one needs to be proactive about communicating their needs. Color me shocked when they showed me the Alignment report on why she had 2 rear tires going bald on the outside where even the steel belts were showing on one. Even hitting a pothole every day for 6 months couldn't have screwed up her alignment that bad. They have no idea what they are doing regarding alignment to the point they either don't even do it, or they have incompetent employees taking short cuts. I would recommend you not visit them for anything related to alignments or tires. Within 8 months you will probably have the same issue and be out another 1k+. Absolutely ridiculous to take advantage like that.

As they welded it together they used to much heat which damaged the honeycomb inside and pieces broke off inside which caused got clogging and could have caused a fire being the gas couldn't come out the muffler. I was obviously taken advantage of being i am a woman and that was completely WRONG. I am a single mother of two children and our safety comes first and obviously they were only thinking about the money and not our safety. I also brought my car to two different mechanics that said the same thing. Thankfully they refunded me back the money yesterday 2/3/22 to be able to pay for my car to get fixed somewhere else.

Kenta Bond, the owner of this shop is a man of high integrity. He also is a master of customer service. I call him a dinosaur because, even though he is a rather young person, he provides "old time" customer service. His pricing is extremely competitive - better than many - and he truly cares about his customers. The other day he stayed late to make sure my car repair was complete. It was not a simple repair. The car needed an axle. The parts supply house was very late getting him the needed part so Mr. Bond actually got in his car and went to the supply house and picked up the part himself. That pushed the repair completion time back. However, Mr. Bond stayed about an hour past usual closing time to get the job done for me. He does high quality work and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Please help support this small local business. He needs the support far more than the big chain repair shops in the area and his price markups are far less than theirs!

I have had two repair jobs on my Jeep with John's Auto over the past year and I've been very pleased with their service. Recently I needed a fuel pump replaced that required lowering the fuel tank, an expensive and messy job with a rusted skid plate that needed replacement. The owner, John Belai, was very understanding, professional and helpful; he even followed up to make sure the job was to my satisfaction. I'll be back with both my cars and recommend that you give them a try.
