So went there today for myself to see what's going on. Our community in Rosena Ranch has been blowing up the negative comments on Next Door App. Wanted to see for myself. On my way home 4:20pm. A few people inside, no one in drive through. Was greeted immediately by a young man. I told him I was new and needed help ordering. He asked what I usually get from Starbucks (iced americano with splash of heavy cream). He said he'd make that. $1.50 ish more thank Starbucks but wow the flavor was awesome and different! Loved it. Got my drink in two minutes. He asked my name and explained the type of espresso (won awards for it and stuff) Very nice and outgoing. Gilbert was his name. Great experience. More expensive? Yes. I've been to this location several times and normally would give 5 stars. I've ordered many different flavors of coffee and many different food items and haven't been disappointed yet. I've had good service from this location pretty much every time I have visited in the past. However, when I recently visited in April, the drive through worker was very rude. When asked if I wanted 12oz or 16oz, I said "I'll go with the 16oz" to which she really rudely said "You can't have both." I then said "16oz please"and she said "Ok, small size, do you want whipped cream?" I tried to correct her that I didn't want the small size and she just kept asking repeatedly if I wanted whipped cream, interrupting/talking over me again and again as I was trying to correct the size and getting louder and more angry at me each time she asked "Do you want whipped cream or not." After repeating myself several times (and getting interrupted each time) I figured she probably heard me and corrected the size on her end so I finished my one drink order and tried to ask for food, but she interrupted me again and gave me the total without asking if I wanted to order anything else. I repeated my request for food and she just said "we don't have food right now" in a really rude tone. She just stayed quiet after that and didn't offer any alternatives until I asked her if she had any bakery items still available, which then she listed what bakery items were still available. When I got my order, she gave no receipt - didn't even ask if I wanted one, and handed me a small size drink with my bakery item. At that point I was angry and tired of trying to correct her so I just left. Other than that one lady with purple/magenta dyed curly hair that was working on April 22 after 5pm being rude as hell, everyone else had been really nice every other time I had visited and the food/drink quality is always good. read more

I've been to Klatch twice: once in Rancho and the other in Fontana (this location). Both experiences were fantastic! Needless to say, I wish that I had a Klatch closer to my home. The feel of each location varies. The Rancho location is more of a rustic vibe with outdoor patio seating in the front and back. This location is much more modern, and you can tell how new of a location it is. Ambiance aside, both locations have great service, and great options! Since I'm leaving a review for the Fontana location, I'll talk about my experience here. Went to grab some coffee and a light breakfast after a hike at the Etiwanda Falls Preserve. I knew exactly what I wanted because last time I got the Goat cheese honey and lavender toast and fell in love. So good! But if toast isn't your jam (yeah, I've got puns!) they have several other breakfast options. A friend of mine got a breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. For coffee, I kept it simple by just getting the cold brew. I kid you not, this was probably my favorite cold brew I've ever had. It was strong, but not bitter. For my taste buds it was just the perfect balance. I recommend! As I said before, I wish I had a Klatch closer to me... then again, maybe not or else my wallet would be in trouble! Today is a 5 star day for me at the klatch. My previous post was a 4 star because I had a challenge with our meal. Well, the crew at klatch made the connection between my name on Yelp and my frequent visits and when I came in today they immediately commented and apologized for my previous experience and took care of my meal. Now, you should know that this is how this place rolls. Businesses are run by humans and humans make mistakes. What makes a business stand out is how it handles those mistakes. This klatch is 5 stars in that area. SO now they are not only 5 stars in food quality but 5 stars in how to run a business and accommodate their customers. Klatch is our new favorite coffee/ breakfast place on the way to work. Their iced lattes always hit the spot, especially the creme brulee and the vanilla for me, and my husband loves the Mexican chocolate mocha and the creme brulee *°* We've tried most of their paninis and gone through most of the breakfast menu, and everything we've tried has been super tasty! (The breakfast wrap with that garlicky salsa *°* so good!) And finally, our favorite thing about klatch is their phenomenal guest service associates, their baristas! Horrible service .. thinking get out of the car this wont take longer since there was NO customers inside at all. Mind you there was like 7 plus workers in there!! It took about 20 min to get my coffee! Never again will I come to this location. I then get called to get my coffee and I'm there waiting and a worker grabs my coffee to take it to the drive thru, another worker then calls him back with my drink. At this point they should of offered something for the horrible customer service on their end but nope they didn't!!! read more

First timer here at Klatch, and i must say I am really happy I decided to stop by. I ordered the creme brûlée coffee, The Show off breakfast sandwich and a couple of chocolate chip cookies. I went through the drive thru so it did take a little longer then what I am normally used to waiting, but this is not a fast food joint; klatch takes time to give fresh quality ingredients so the extra wait time is worth it. This is my new stop anytime I'm on my way to Big Bear from LA. Lex was such a helpful barista!! She recommended the honey cinnamon latte and it was delicious and refreshing, especially in the cold weather. The cinnamon twist and cheese danish were also fantastic. The cinnamon twist truly complimented my latte since the twist was not overwhelmingly sweet. The flakey layers added a buttery crunchy texture with every bite and sip. read more

This location is so convenient...15 seconds off the Sierra exit on the 15 and less crowded than the other locations! The inside is modern and such a great hangout spot! This coffee is a gateway drug, it's so strong. I love it, i usually get the eskimocha, which is an ice blended mocha. The strawberry refresher is also pretty good. We've been to this location a few times. I don't recall having their house made almond milk when visiting other stores but wow! Get it! We visited on their soft opening and tried various foods including the gluten free breakfast wrap. Everything we had was great. The best chai (with that almond milk, of course) I've ever had! The drive thru definitely isn't quick. It's convenient to have but if you're in a rush don't expect to be in and out of there quickly especially if there's other cars ahead of you. Knowing that, we still stop and use the drive thru. Just prepare accordingly. It's all definitely worth the wait! read more

I asked for a pour over just to see if any improvements were made, and yet again, the quality is getting close to 7/11 coffee. First off, the place is very nice and clean. The service was nice and friendly as well. I only ordered one thing and my total came out to $9.24, which I think is very expensive. I ordered from the breakfast menu. It was called "The Wrap". It had two eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, and avocado wrapped in a chipotle torilla. The house salsa that comes on the side wasn't that good. It kind of just seemed to be mushed up tomato. Overall, it was okay, but not standout to me. The food was good, but I feel that it is a bit overpriced. I don't think that I would ever go back. I can't even imagine how expensive the bill would be if I ordered a drink. I can't say that I would recommend to try this place out, but if you do, maybe try something else on the menu. read more

This is my second visit to Klatch Coffee & I am impressed . I don't usually drink much coffee (for health reasons) any more , but will take a few sips from my relative's choice . I did enjoy their mocha latte . If you like teas you are in for a treat since they do have some good choices based on the season. I have tried the lavender infused tea (cold) & their Early Grey ( warm) which tasted great with added honey. Additionally , there seasonal pastries are delicious . If you are in need of a snack or a small dessert pick one up at your next visit . Additionally, I have to give their team kudos for their good customer service . The first time I visited the barista broke down each drink & he was very informative in regards to coffee brewing & what notes to look for based on certain types of coffee. Quick tips: 1. Try out their drive thru if you're in a rush or just don't want to get out of your car 2. Some of the colder drinks run a little on the smaller size just FYI 3. Some items are little more expensive than some other coffee stores , but the quality is good at Klatch. 4. The modern interior design & good amount of space is a plus ( impressed with the upkeep) 5. If visiting in Sept/Oct try their pumpkin latte If you're traveling to or from the high desert area , Las Vegas, or on the CA 15 N /15 S Freeways near Fontana , CA take a quick break & try Klatch Coffee . No Starbucks between Las Vegas and Los Angeles but no worries, this KLATCH COFFEE is a better version than Starbucks much to my delight! They have healthy breakfast from kitchen on site. I was so excited to try this place but I left feeling disappointed. The woman at the register had not been trained because they overcharged me. I ordered 2 drinks, a ham and cheese croissant and a panini. The cashier told me she charged me for two paninis and they asked if I wanted a refund. I said that's okay because it sounded like I was getting two paninis so I thought that's fine. But I received my correct order, a croissant and one panini. I didn't realize I only had one panini until we left and I was not about to wait in the extremely long line again with an restless toddler. I don't know if they thought I wanted to make a donation? Thank goodness the Klatch is on this side of the IE! I've been to there other locations and their coffee is one of the best. If you are a coffee connoisseur this is your stop. I frequent this location often and truly enjoy the taste of their coffee and food items. Their menu is on the pricier side but somewhat reasonable and overall their staff is friendly as well. I wanted to leave this review in hopes of some change for the lack of consistency that has happened on my last recents visits. On one occasion, I made an online pick up order and when I arrived, the inside of the coffee shop was closed and I was unable to get anyones attention. I got in the drive thru, let them know what happened and they said, sorry come back to the door and we'll open it but at that point I was already in the drive thru and couldn't back out. I waited in the drive for 30 min (only 3 cars in front of me) to get my pick up order that had already been made prior. On another occasion, I made a pick up order and again, the inside was closed but this time I was able to get someone's attention and they opened the door. I did ask why the inside has been closed recently and she said due to short staffing. I also asked for salsa at the door and she said it was 25 cents. The last time I went the employee didn't mention an extra cost but I said ok and still gave her a quarter at the door for it. The next visit, I asked for salsa again, this time the employee said it was 50 cents. I understand if things cost extra at times but it would be nice if the staffing were on the same page with costs. Overall I still enjoy the drinks and food and that's what brings me back. But it would be nice to not run into an inconvenience each time I come.
