We got there at 5:35pm and as soon as we were greeted, the owner already asked for a payment of $160, even before we got the service. I almost hesitated but I desperately needed a massage . We were then brought into a room and was asked to lay down. The owner did mumble that her co-worker is still busy. 6:00pm came and no one has come yet, and by 6:10pm, my husband asked me if we should get dressed already and walk out. That was the time when the owner and another lady came in to start the massage. The owner did my massage. She started on my head and it felt like she was rushing. Then in the middle of my massage, the phone rung and she answered it. Then walked out the room after 15 minutes to cater to someone who walked in. She was gone for a couple of minutes and did not apologize when she came back. Then for my husband, he told me he almost fell from the bed when the lady tried stretching him. I did hear the lady giggled and my husband confirmed that it was because he almost fell and she did not apologize to him. He also said that the pressure was inconsistent and mostly it was more on just light massage, even though we told them we want a deep tissue/thai combination. Then by 7:00pm, the owner said "Okay, all done!" And the lady who's doing my hubby's massage also said "done". We both looked at the clock and we knew we were short-changed. So before we walked back to the front desk, I asked my hubby how much he wanted to give for a tip, and he said $10. So i told my husband, give $30 for both of us. When he wrote the tip on the receipt, the owner asked if he can make it "$40"... And my hubby said well you guys didn't complete the one hour, it was only for 50 mins. And the owner said, we came inside the room at 6pm. And I told her "nope as we were about to get dressed at 6:10pm, and you made us wait for 30 minutes." She then agreed $30 is okay. We are generous tippers when it comes to massage if we feel the masseuse worked hard for it. But we were disappointed on the service from this business. If you'll ask me, just avoid this business.

It took an hour to remove my gel polish. I had an ingrown which she ignored until I asked her for the second time to take care of. She did nothing towards helping it. The massage feels nonexistent. Way too much money for for what I received.
