Carmen put me back together again with the most thoughful and helpful bodywork I've ever received, all in her beautifully appointed studio. She asked all the right questions and applied all the right pressure in all the right places. She also played the most relaxing music, applied the nicest oils and stones, and generally helped me melt into the table. She then sent me back to my hotel with Epsom salts for a good soak. I entered the massage room and it was so serene and calm. After a stress filled year for teacher certification, Sherry worked on all trouble spots that I had going on. There were a LOT!!! I have never had such a thorough massage in my life-and that was just the pre-massage!! She kneaded a LOT of areas that many massage therapists miss. She then began to work various areas separately and then the SURPRISE!! Hot rocks glide across your back and make your tension disappear. Oh, but it's not over yet. You are then asked to turn over where she works your arms, legs and breast plate. WARNING: As if you aren't already feeling like spaghetti, you are lead to such a state of relaxation that you may begin to snore!! After you wake up from your "nap" she lightly glides a few drops of essential oil and spritzes your face which awakens you and BAM!
