My husband and myself are here in Flagstaff for a 2 week stay to get a break from the heat down in the valley. I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage at Hands On for yesterday afternoon. I had a wonderful massage from Valerie......she was just great and made me very comfortable. It's a great location and so inviting when you step inside. I will definitely be back....sadly....not until next summer when we are here in town. read more

I want to thank and acknowledge Valerie, who made me feel relaxed even before the massage began. Her aura was so very calming and healing. Her technique was her own, but very effective. But the most surprising aspect - somehow, in the course of the massage, I began to release pent up emotions I didn't even think I had. I cannot explain it. I left feeling an enormous amount of gratitude for the experience. A very genuine and authentic experience. I truly appreciate it. read more

This was an incredibly beneficial experience. Judy was my therapist. She provided a high level of care from the greeting until the end of the session. She clearly explained what I should expect during and post session. She checked in regularly to ensure I was comfortable throughout the massage. I am undoubtedly returning for future treatment. Thank you! read more

Was able to get next day service. A nice massage with Dana helped work out some kinks from a long drive. Thank you!

While visiting the area for our 9yr wedding anniversary my husband surprised me with a 90min massage with Katja. She was kind, professional, present & had great touch with intention. I came in with chronic neck & shoulder pain & stiffness but left feeling lighter, having more ease of movement & much less pain. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular here. Highly recommend! read more

I have had ONLY stellar experiences at Hands On! and Katja was no exception. In fact, maybe the very best yet. Another massage therapist in the place where I live had aggressively worked on the stiffness/soreness in my neck, only to make it more painful. Katja listened to what was going on, explained the way she would approach it, use modalities that no one else has ever used. I came in feeling like a wreck and left floating, every cell in my body was glowing on a prana high. The work she did even cleared the sinus congestion I was dealing with, but as we know, restoring balance can affect the entire body. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

I had such a great experience. I've had massages at a few other places, but this time I actually felt comfortable enough to doze off. Everyone was nice & very professional. The atmosphere was very comfortable & relaxing. I will definitely be returning often. read more

My husband and I had a couple's massage with hot stones. It was wonderful. Atmosphere was delightful. Temperature of the room and the stones were perfect. We enjoyed the experience immensely. read more

I've been here twice and both amazing experiences! This is definitely the best bang for your buck in terms of massages in Flagstaff! I've had both Katja and Valarie and they were very kind, very good at what they did, and asked questions to make my experience perfect for me. The waiting room is very cute with crystals for sale and water for you to drink. I hope to make my visits here more frequent. read more

Judy is the BEST!! Had been traveling a ton for work and was looking for a deep tissue massage that would really help me recover from all the wear and tear of travel. Judy is a true professional. She is thorough, caring, and focuses on what you and your body need. Absolutely recommend her and will definitely go back when in the Flagstaff area. read more

I've been to a lot of massage therapists over the years. Some know what they are doing, and some, not so much. But I'm happy to say they know their stuff here. My massage by Katja was well done. She has a good knowledge of body mechanics and was able to address some chronic issues I've had. If I'm back in the area I will come again. read more

Had a wonderful massage here on New Years Day. The facilities were clean and conveniently located. The pricing was reasonable relative to the other alternatives I found when searching Yelp. Can't wait to go back. Great job Heidi! read more

Wonderful experience!! Went in for back pain and left feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

Had the most relaxing and healing massage with Katja, she is experienced and knowledgeable. Katja made suggestions that would help me and I actually left feeling not only relaxed but a lot better and more energetic. Thanks Katja! read more

It was such a great hands-on appointment. Shelby was the best! She talked me through every step of the process. My muscle inflammation went down by 75%, and my back and upper joints are no longer aching. I will take a few more sessions on my IT band and lower joints, but I am a believer now. It feels good to finally have a small team of self care providers. It took me a while to find my two chiropractors and now a cupping therapist. Now on to finding a good pilates studio. read more

Wow, Judy is a massage goddess! I was having a shoulder issue and some heavy duty tightness from stress! It had been awhile since my last massage as my previous therapist had retired, and I just needed to get in to see someone quickly! What a blessing to find Judy's healing hands! She absolutely gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! John Cougar Mellencamp's, Hurts So Good comes to mind! Judy used the right amount of pressure to knead out those knots. I was melting into the table for 90 minutes! At the end, Judy explained what was going on and that I would need a few more visits to fully work everything out! I already have my next appointment booked and can't wait for that day to get here! Judy is definitely my new massage therapist! The studio itself has several rooms and also a cute, tranquil retail area with lots of amazing items! Don't forget your $5 off check in offer on a 60 minute or longer massage! This is definitely your place for a personalized quality massage! read more

Flexibility with multiple appointments. Great massage. Cool vibe. Will use again when I'm in the area!

I had a great massage from Valerie! She seemed to find all of the spots that needed work. The pressure was great, deep tissue, but not at all uncomfortable. My son also had a massage (I think his therapist was Jasmine). He said his back felt so much better and we were both very happy with the technique and service. The location is great with plenty of parking. The therapists were right on time and very professional. I only wish they had a location in Tucson! read more

Although I had an excellent massage with Katya, the management of the building has refused to honor another appointment for me because I made a comment about how uncomfortable I was entering the offices, which has a long hallway which funnels into a common area; as this was my first appointment, I had expected to be greeted by someone, but instead, there was a group of about six people in the common area and no place for me to stand or sit and I was very uncomfortable; I mentioned it to the staff and apparently that was enough to get me banned. Not good customer service for someone who comes for relaxation and, if you have people with sensitivities coming to see a therapist, mgmt needs to work on that. read more

Valerie has been a great addition to my healing journey! Her work is amazing! I always leave Hands On feeling rejuvenated and relaxed--her intuitive massage is outstanding. Thanks Valerie! read more

Judy of Hands On! Integrative Bodywork opened my eyes (back, legs, and feet) to how relaxing and effective a full body massage (including reflexology) can be. The pain in my back and tingling in my feet all melted away by the time Judy finished the massage, Judy is a professional's professional and sought feedback as the massage progressed to maximize my comfort. It was one hour that was all too short and made me realize that massage therapy is worth its weight in gold and I struck gold in having Judy as my therapist. read more

You guys!! Run, don't walk, to Hands On! I'm serious, this hidden gem is a true treasure!! I had been having some upper back and neck pain, so I did some Yelp-research and ended up with a one hour massage, including hot stones and reflexology. After watching the little vignettes on their website, I knew I couldn't pass up a chance to check this place out. When I arrived, I was INSTANTLY thrown into relaxation mode! The place has a very calming smell and aura, w crystals and gemstones available for purchase (I walked away with four). I completed my new patient worksheet and was offered water while I waited on a comfy couch for my therapist. For my massage, I worked w Judy who was careful to ask about my preferences and areas of focus, which I appreciate...and then the next hour was nothing short of bliss!! The hot stones, OH MY!! Yes please!! And the reflexology was so relaxing, as was the overall massage. I saw on their website they also offer craniofacial and reiki massages so I may need to stop back in before we head back down to the valley!! 11/10 stars, wonderful!!! read more
