I am amazed at all the positive reviews. Stopped by for a reading at 3:45. I was going to be a walk in with my husband, toddler, and baby. Based on the reviews I thought this was going to be a "positive place" our kid was not misbehaving and our baby was quiet in her baby seat. We were looking forward to a reading together. We stood outside, upstairs in the patio section and read two signs. One was in front of the door that read "quiet please" which made us believe there was a session in place and another one in the patio saying that it was a quiet space and that no cellphones or loud noises were around. We thought we could wait but I told my husband to go downstairs with our toddler to wait since waiting could make our toddler impatient. So I waited 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out to greet us or tell us the session ended. Told my husband we could wait another 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out. I thought the door was locked since it alluded to someone inside getting a reading. So my husband finally asked me if the door was opened. I never bothered to look so I checked. Door was opened and I walked in. There was a lady on her phone and keep in mind, it's super quiet there. First, she didn't bother to look up or greet me. Second, you could look from inside looking out and she clearly saw us waiting and never came outside to ask us if we needed anything. Because as it turns out, I asked "excuse me, is there a session in place?" She said yes. So I said "do you know when the reading ends?" Since we didn't want to keep waiting. She said "what are you looking for?" I said a psychic reading. She then looks me up and down, and says, "oh sorry I'm not doing any readings today" and then quickly looks at my purse. There was a fake smile at the end. The whole time, I felt an odd feeling. Because she was not friendly. Not welcoming. Didn't bother to check on us. Saw us waiting and didn't even bother to look up when I walked in. So, I can only think 1 of 2 or all of these 2 can be true. 1. she didn't want to do a family reading. 2. She doesn't like Hispanic people. Or she just assumed I had no money. Don't bother coming here. read more

When it's a busy Friday afternoon, you walk into a shop at 430 to get an aura photo, the shop closes at 5, and the employee is rushing out the door because she's closing. *Insert big fat eye roll. We were really looking forward to this and didn't appreciate the boot out the door before the posted closed hours. As out of towners who *aren't* going to be here tomorrow (seriously insulting that she even suggested that considering she was supposed to be open), this was really disappointing. read more

Heartlight is a delightful hidden gem in Sedona. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place while exploring uptown. It's a very small space, but with great energy provided by its employees and crystals. They offer a variety of services. I tried the Copper Pyramid healing because the description sounded fitting for me at the time. It was a great experience. My mind has been on a positive shift since and I truly believe it's because I did this. I'm excited to go back and try some of their other services out in the future. read more

I had a aura with my daughter . She had the owner do hers . I was listening and she was with her awhile getting into depth. I had mine with the girl at the register it was so vague and i feel not a true representation of who i am and was left very skeptical and confused . I t was quick nothing like my daughters and she wasn't willing to tell me much more and me and my daughter both had just an aura! so i wasn't happy. So my experience wasn't a good one. read more

Yesterday I had a crystal bed treatment. I felt something happened. The infrared light seems to pull out the pain from my arms. The pain level has remained on 90% especially after a massage treatment. After having the combination of Crystal treatment and massage elsewhere, I felt the pain was leaving while I gave meditative breath. Today, the pain went down to about 20% which is a huge difference I had for a long time. I am very pleased with this Crystal treatment. I will definitely look for someone who has one like this in California and continue the treatments. If there isn't any one, I will come back and get another crystal bed treatment. I had an open mind and am a bit un versed in this area but find it amazing that for my career area it listed: Flight Attendant and massage therapist. I was a flight attendant for many years, own my own massage table and have taken massage instruction classes. Also said athlete. I played on a women's basketball and volleyball team and love the gym!!! It listed my daughters career as Realtor, which she is!!! We did not discuss any of this in the shop.
