TLDR: Maritza's bad advice costed me over 70k in the short term, had me in a toxic relationship, at war with my family, a custody battle and her reporting back to my ex every time I went to see her. I wanted to wait a while before leaving this so there was no more emotion behind this review and it's just facts. Her advice is so bad, I texted her months ago asking how is it even possible to be that wrong? Me listening to her "advice" in the short term costed me over $70k and so much heartache at one point in my life. Between moving expenses, a divorce, a custody battle, a war with my family, a toxic relationship with a manipulative and controlling person that literally treated my child like an outsider, thankfully I took advice elsewhere and left that entire situation. I was in the middle of a divorce and had started seeing another woman. I had moved her down from Connecticut on Maritza's advice. This woman that I was seeing at the time was literally addicted to getting her cards read by Maritza, so much so she even became friends with the woman. Every other week there'd be charges coming out of my bank account, and it was always "Maritza warned me about this, she told me about that". It hit the breaking point when I came home from work one day to find my (thank god) ex on the phone with her, and Maritza had called her and told her that my Mother went to her earlier that day trying to re-connect with me and to have Maritza reach out to me. Maritza told my mom to stay out of my life and that my mom was wasting her time trying to reach back out to me because we'll never reconnect. Maritza was laughing about it behind my back to my ex. A few months later I was in the middle of a custody battle, I bring my daughter to Maritza as it was my time to have her, Maritza calls my ex the same day to report back what I had asked about, and then starts talking to my ex about my daughter! "I thought she was 6 months old" Maritza told me that my daughter was going to have issues throughout her life and be delayed etc. Again, very bad advice. After reconciling with my wife my daughter is now talking and has hit every single milestone. After all this madness, I reached out to 2 different people. Two other psychics basically told me I was being used and they saw a reconciliation with my wife, a reconciliation with my family, me raising my daughter, the divorce subsiding, me getting healthy by the end of the year and a tremendous gift from some place unexpected and a beautiful house because "you have suffered enough" The last time I spoke with Maritza was after that phone call with that person, I asked her the exact same questions that I asked the other person, and she then went behind my back and called my ex and told her that I was planning on leaving. When my ex went to see her later she told her that I "planned this all along" and that "he'll be out of his job by next month and won't ever own a house, he doesn't even have any money saved." This coming from the same person that claims that "angels read her cards" anyways let's see how accurate she was with that. Since I've broken off communication with Maritza and my ex and took other advice this is what has happened in my life. I left that toxic relationship. I have reconciled with my wife. I see my daughter every single day and am raising her with my wife. My daughter has hit every milestone and is in an excellent academy. I have fixed things with my family, and even had our first Christmas together in over 3 years. I put away over $40,000 in just under 4 months. I've lost 36 lbs. I have gotten a promotion and now make more money than I ever have in my entire life. My company has exceeded all sales records for the past 24 years. The owner of my company bought me a Rolex last month for a record breaking year. I am closing on a $450,000 house in Ballantyne. I booked a week vacation in the Maldives with my wife. This was my experience. YMMV. I know it's a lot, but it was over the span of 3 years. Be careful who you take advice from, it can literally alter the course of your life. EDIT 1/19/22- I wasn't going to respond to the response initially, however I'm going to clarify a few things. First, she claims "Angels read her cards." Yet I've caught her lying, you want further proof? Look at her Yelp bio, the first thing it says is that she provides "genuine" psychic answers for Relationships, Family Matters, Career, BUSINESS & FINANCES. Second, I'm happy that she has numerous 5 star ratings, testimonials, etc" However so do the other 2 people that gave me actual advice. One was featured on TV many times and the other one has read senators and former presidents... The difference is the price and the wait time. If I wanted to pay $35 or $50 and have my cards read that day, I knew I'd call Maritza maybe she'd get ONE thing right out of 10 things. If I wanted real answers I knew I'd have to wait a month, pay $250 and wait for them. I found them because she was so bad. read more
