They bring everything, so there's no need to provide any supplies. These dedicated professionals worked tirelessly from 8 AM to almost 5 PM without taking breaks or requesting anything. We offered coffee and water as a courtesy, but beyond that, they focused solely on their work. Their efforts allowed me to spend the rest of my weekend attending to tasks I'd previously lacked the energy for after attempting to clean myself--and not achieving nearly as thorough a result. The initial deep clean is a more extensive service than standard cleaning, but it's well worth it. They meticulously cleaned inside windows, baseboards, and all the areas in between. On the scheduled day, both my significant other and I were working from home. Mariana and Deylin accommodated our schedules by starting in the rooms we needed first or during our lunch breaks, ensuring our workday was uninterrupted. Marta also stopped by to assist while Mariana and Deylin powered through. Marta is fluent in both English and Spanish, facilitating clear communication. When needed, we used a translator app to convey more detailed instructions, which worked seamlessly. Our teenage boys bedrooms have never looked better and my significant other keeps walking into rooms and exclaiming how good it smells. I love walking into my bathroom and seeing how bright and white all ceramic is and how spotless the shower doors are. I should have taken before and after pics.
