I literally sat in the parking lot for a few minutes when I went outside, just amazed at how much better my back and neck felt, and they are not even why I went! I think Tabitha has to be the most knowledgeable LMBT I've ever encountered - and she is able to translate that knowledge and skill into a massage experience that will both relax you and rejuvenate any hurting areas. They did not have me do an intake form or fill anything out beforehand, so make sure you communicate any specific needs if you have them. The masseuse was very friendly and the room was relaxing. The lights were dim, there was a sound machine on and music playing. The bed was also heated which was a really nice touch. Since I'm pregnant, she had me lay on my side hugging a body pillow, then I switched sides. She spent time massaging my back, butt, neck, arms, legs, hands, feet and toes. She was gentle, I'm assuming since I'm pregnant and it was very relaxing. She also gave me a bottle of water on the way out. It lasted exactly an hour.
