When I tell you that Dylan and Balance Massage saved my entire trip, I mean it wholeheartedly. I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage, and Dylan put in WORK for all 90 minutes. As an avid massage enjoyer (I have held memberships with different massage therapy companies for the past 5 years), I truly believe this was the best massage I've ever had. I mentioned to Dylan that I get massages every month and that I would definitely need the deepest tissue massage possible - he delivered from the first minute to the last. I should have asked for a different room as I am sensitive to smells, but I didn't. The smell was alarming and concerning. The massage itself was nice. The masseuse was a very nice woman. Since I booked custom massage through ClassPass, I wasn't asked what customization I wanted.
