I hired James Primm to do a deep cleaning on my house. He showed up 40 minutes late and did not have all the supplied he needed to clean. I am disabled and have a sitter that takes care of me and even though I wasn't in the room where my sitter was, I could hear the conversations, James would sit down to smoke for 15/20 minutes and ask my sitter personal information like her age, where she lives , would she like to go get something to eat, would she give him her phone number, wanted to know if she was married a lot of personal questions. In my opinion I would call it sexual harassment. She was very very uncomfortable after 4 to 5 hours of him only having to clean three rooms we told him that he'd been here too long and he presented me with you owe me $250 for three rooms. My apartments only 900 ft.² he did not deserve $250 but I would've paid him. money just to get him out of my house because my sitter was an emotional wreck..He went so far to say he that he didn't have a wife and his baby mama. It was a mistake the baby he said he wasn't married I knew he was, but he was telling my sitter all of this unwanted information.
I have detailed photos of all the areas that he did not clean. Remember, there were only three rooms to clean and the bathroom he didn't dust, sweep or mop ! He did not clean anything that was on the kitchen counter. I told him my oven is brand new is self cleaning, but he didn't listen. He added chemicals and he spent about 40 minutes cleaning a self cleaning oven.
I would highly recommend not hiring this man I don't even want him in my neighborhood. No one wants to be harassed in their own home and made to feel very uncomfortable. A young lady, my sitter and me an elderly bedridden woman was on pins and needles the whole time he was here because of conversations he wanted to have with my sitter.
It's awful strange that I posted about a male James, but yet a woman his "baby mama turns around and response to my review she wasn't even there to know what was said there was never a discount I never asked for $150 back this is nothing but lies. I'm telling you are dealing with liars when it comes to this company
I have no reason to be telling lies are false statements. There's nothing to gain from this other than to warn people to be careful of him and yes, he called me one time and told me his wife was sick and he had to take her to the doctor and we needed to postpone so therefore James was the one who said he was married. Then he tells my sitter and I was sitting there because I asked about his wife. He says I'm not married. Yes I have a baby mama , but that was a mistake. Check his phone and see if he has a contact from a Jasmine and you will see that she did not text him any of her personal information. She was nauseated from his conversations.
