He actually answered the phone the first time I tried. We talked about the job and he gave me a quote that sounded reasonable. I booked the appointment and Dustin and Chris arrived on time on the date scheduled. These were two hard-working men!!! I was so impressed by them. They were careful, wrapping everything and protecting it. They were also fun to be around. They have a friendly banter with one another that puts you at ease. I manage a storage facility and these guys borrowed one of our dollies that are here as a…read moreconvenience for TENANT use on the property. Movers should have their own. They loaded it into their truck with stuff on it, closed the door and took it with them. I followed up with my tenant (their customer) and they told her they dropped it off, but ghosted her when she asked them where they put it. We have a non-return fee (because of people like this), and she was afraid of being charged. She gave me their name, I called and he was immediately defensive, said "we dropped it off", then proceeded to talk over me. When I finally got a chance to speak, I asked where they put it -*click*- he hung up on me. We have 16 cameras and not one of them show them returning it anywhere on our property over the weekend. Look, I get it's "just a dolly" but it's the blatant dishonesty and lack of integrity that's so disappointing. It takes the convenience away from our tenants, and costs us as a small business to replace it.

Eddrel (owner) was humble and kind from the first interaction I had with him when he reached out to me via my yelp "project" posting to help move a large piece of gym equipment from my garage to my second floor. Not an easy task, as the machine weighs almost 500lbs, and there is no way I would've got it done myself even with the help of some of my friends. He and his help got the job done quickly without causing any damage, taking all necessary precautions with blankets and straps. He made sure with measurements, asked plenty of questions, and did a walk through before moving anything to ensure the actual move would go smoothly. After the heavy lifting was done, he and his crew cleaned up after themselves and then made sure I was happy with the placement. It was exactly where I asked them to put it. He told me up front he would charge a minimum of two hours, but after it was all said and done asked for less than he originally quoted (and his quote was the most reasonable I received out of 3). He was kind and polite and I have already recommended him to others, and I'll use him again if I have more to move.

I reported several boxes missing and was promised they must've been mis delivered and would be called with an update. When people are so arrogant that they think they can run rough shod over other people, that they can commit illegal acts like blocking streets, that we should just somehow try to work around them and wait for them for hours while they have our streets blocked or turn around and go another way when they are right at their driveway, they have absolutely lost a-n-y respect that I would otherwise have for them. Some renters were moving in next door. I got within 15 feet of my driveway after coming home from work today, but could not get into my driveway due to a huge "All My Sons Moving & Storage" truck blocking the whole street so I could not get into my driveway. The neighbor across the street was blocked so they also could not get into their driveway. Traffic coming down the street from both directions, was having to turn around and go back. School buses could not get through. Even emergency vehicles could not get through. This was the 2nd consecutive afternoons that this happened at the same house. Yesterday, when a different moving company ("Muscle Man") saw that I needed to get through to my driveway, they pushed their ramp back up into their truck, backed the truck up about 6 feet, and I got into my driveway. This afternoon, I asked the All My Sons people to do likewise. They had several feet in which to do this but refused giving me some flimsy excuse that they could not move the ramp. After sitting there probably 20 minutes giving them a chance to clear the street and knowing that blocking a public street is illegal, I called the police. I found it interesting that even though they tried their flimsy excuse with the police officer, but I held out for what is right and somehow, they figured out a way to do the "impossible" by moving that ramp back up into the truck and eventually moving the truck before finishing unloading it. Being a Realtor and a center of influence, I would NEVER use or recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage!!! They certainly screwed it up for themselves. Absolutely Terrible Experience - Shockingly Different From Last Year…read more I used this company a year ago and had a great experience, which is the only reason I decided to book with them again. Unfortunately, this move was the complete opposite. The movers showed up smelly and unprofessional, and they argued with each other the entire time they were in my home. It was uncomfortable to watch, and on top of that, they were clearly milking the clock rather than working efficiently. When my furniture arrived, several pieces were damaged--including an $800 dresser with two legs broken off, leaving it unable to stand. Three lamp shades never made it into my home during unloading, and the company initially denied they were ever part of the move. For a whole week, they ignored my calls and messages about reimbursement, after saying they would get back to me in 24 hours. They only responded once my father got involved, and even then, their offer was insulting: $70 for the three missing lamp shades and $0 for the ruined dresser. I'm extremely disappointed in how drastically their service quality declined. This company is now unprofessional, careless, and unwilling to take responsibility. I regret booking with them again, and I strongly suggest choosing a different moving company if you want your belongings--and peace of mind--protected.
