He said they would be back to repair it. Well, the repair was a silver screw to hold the wood piece that was broken off the post and mailbox door doesn't close tight. When there is a heavy wind or rain door falls open and mail is wet. I have contacted this location a dozen times. I have spoken with Cory once and left multiple messages that were not returned. Went into the office and spoke with Eden which I thought was going to help but after multiple attempts, that did not pan out either. As of today 4-9-26, my mailbox is still not fixed. The USPS system is awful!!!!

However, I need to explain our situation to warn others they may not know when shipping packages, UPS. I needed to ship 2 packages of family heirlooms to my brother from my father's estate. I used home depot boxes and packed everything carefully with bubble wrap and padding. I insured them for what I thought was for lost, stolen, or damaged. When the boxes arrived they were demolished. They looked like they had been retaped to hold together. A few things were broken inside. I started a claim, sent pictures, even comparable replacement cost. Total $300. Figured my $6000 insurance would cover. Wrong. After going to the store twice and costumer service number twice I was still denied for these reasons. 1) they have to pack it 2) it had to be packed in their boxes (they claim Home Depot boxes are for moving not shipping) 3) My insurance was for value not damage (still doesn't make sense). 1) They DO NOT explain why they should pack and use their boxes; it's the only way they will reimbursed if damaged. 2) They DO NOT explain insurance policy and that insurance does NOT pay for damage. Please ask questions when you ship boxes cause THEY DON'T explain anything. And that's why the poor rating.

Parking is no issue as there are plenty of spots in front or to the side given its location in the shopping center. Most of my visits here have been for Amazon returns and each time I come in, they are quick to assist and friendly while doing so. Never an issue. I have also mailed a package out and again experienced zero issues and nothing but friendly assistance. I work in Franklin, so I usually save all my UPS needs for office days so I can pop by this location.

It is great to have our downtown PO box back, however, PO boxes are only accessible during business hours UNLESS one purchases a $50 fob to get in after hours...I was so disappointed to learn this. Many of us work the hours that the post office is open so getting there during the business day can be a hardship. I know we have a choice regarding purchasing a fob, but as it adds to cost of overhead, we have elected not to do so. The old post office was available to us after hours.

Big mistake on my part because someone could feel there is a gift card in it. So, after sending it to him I received an email from USPS maybe 2 weeks after I sent it out showing the card was going to be returned to MY mail box because the Church I sent it to does NOT accept any physical mail. Well I was not aware the Church did not receive mail so that is my fault. However, I should of received the card back at my mail box that day. To this day I have not received it. I keep getting the run around saying that the return address was covered by a label showing it was supposed to be returned to me. A woman named Michelle Dobbs called me stating she seen it then said she would track it down and return it to me. The crooked manager named Richard Vantiegham claims the machine covered the return address with its label. I asked this manager then how did I receive an email showing it was supposed to be in my inbox that day. Obviously they could of just peeled that sticker back to see my address like Michelle Dobbs told me on the phone. Please stay far away from the USPS on church street. If possible pay your bills online and use the Fed Ex Or the UPS. I believe one of these people opened it and used the gift card. Stupid me should of saved the recite and canceled it

The postal facility is also conveniently located just off I-65 in the Brentwood area, technically just inside Davidson County a mere 103 feet north of the Brentwood/Williamson County border. That makes it convenient for residents of both counties who live in the area. This is also one of the few post offices in Middle Tennessee that will process passports. We've used that service before!

I don't know what the people here are doing but it doesn't seem they're doing their job in the slightest.
