He said they would be back to repair it. Well, the repair was a silver screw to hold the wood piece that was broken off the post and mailbox door doesn't close tight. When there is a heavy wind or rain door falls open and mail is wet. I have contacted this location a dozen times. I have spoken with Cory once and left multiple messages that were not returned. Went into the office and spoke with Eden which I thought was going to help but after multiple attempts, that did not pan out either. As of today 4-9-26, my mailbox is still not fixed. The USPS system is awful!!!!

She did her best in helping the 2 if us that were there while working on some other tasks. All things considered, I was in and out fairly quickly. The postal facility is also conveniently located just off I-65 in the Brentwood area, technically just inside Davidson County a mere 103 feet north of the Brentwood/Williamson County border. That makes it convenient for residents of both counties who live in the area. This is also one of the few post offices in Middle Tennessee that will process passports. We've used that service before!

It features all the standards such as PO Boxes, shipping stations, packing and shipping supplies for purchase and counters where you can be assisted through it all. Additionally, you get that same ole USPS-Annoyed customer service you are accustomed to! I stopped by to mail off graduation invitations for my nephew and my experience was a wild ride from the counter person being annoyed at the start to them offering to place the stamps on the envelopes and taking care of for me. I originally was thinking of mailing priority for all, but after pricing I decided that was not gonna work. The associate then gave me the run down of my options and when it was decided I would just mail them standard she rang me up and handed me my envelopes and the stamps. Then quickly told me that she could do it for me if I wanted, which I obliged. As with most USPS locations, they are not in the best of condition. This location certainly follows suit with that. Overall, this location did exactly what I needed it to do. I was able to walk in and out, while getting items mailed, all within 5 minutes.

I have an accent and she always pretends she didn't hear me or didn't understand. Others don't seem to have a problem with my accent. Only her! I hate it. I'm glad they have 2 self-service kiosks, so most of the time I don't have to stay in line. Why would I if I can make a payment faster myself?
