They didn't arrive the next day but five days later, completely soaked inside a plastic bag someone had placed them in. I recently filed an online claim and requested a refund, but it was denied. There is a saying: "The cheap option ends up being expensive." Lesson learned: next time, I will use UPS, even if I have to pay a little more, because my peace of mind and confidence in a delivery service are worth more than any amount of money.

The postal facility is also conveniently located just off I-65 in the Brentwood area, technically just inside Davidson County a mere 103 feet north of the Brentwood/Williamson County border. That makes it convenient for residents of both counties who live in the area. This is also one of the few post offices in Middle Tennessee that will process passports. We've used that service before!

There is a perpetual line here, and the store invariably has just one worker. And that isn't the fault of the worker! They're going as fast as they can.
