I'm not a big fan of the post office and this was the second trip I had to make in the last two…read moreweeks...the parking lot wasn't very full but there was quite a bit of a line when I walked in. I was able to grab my flat rate priority envelope and a self address label and fill that out while I wait. By the time I finished that, I was asked if I was paying using a debit or credit card (which I was), so she said she could help me right away! Their systems were running slow so she told me she would help me at the self service kiosk. I didn't even think to try using the kiosk, but Gwenda was wonderful and helped me with a smile! I will definitely come back!
