We stopped in Franklin and walked around Main St, drove through Leiper's Fork, visited the gravesite of Meriwether Lewis of Lewis and Clark and saw 2 waterfalls (Jackson Falls and Fall Hallow). We also stopped to walk a short trail to old limestone mines. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

I have…read morebeen doing business buying cars thru Gov Deals for years and for the most part they have been good mainly because it was mostly municipal agencies, now that they are allowing anyone to sell mainly dealers and wholesalers the market sucks, they will say whatever they have to in the description to sell the vehicle and they know since you have to prepay before getting it there's not a whole lot that you can do about it, the last couple vehicles I bought were like that its getting to the point I just want to deal with the municipalities on here. There's no rating system set up so you can't warn future buyers about these shady dealers, I have asked Gov Deals multiple times about this but it always falls on deaf ears, guess they are happy with the money they are making but don't care about their buyers, so basically the customer service sucks

A paved parking lot is available near the Visitor's Center. In that building you can buy tickets and tour the museum. The shop has some souvenirs as well as some packaged snacks and bottled water. Restrooms are nearby. Adult admission for the one hour house tour and grounds is $22 per person. Children under six are free. The museum was small, but worth looking at before heading off on the tour. The one hour home tour was interesting and offered plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The guide seemed knowledgeable and enjoyed answering questions.

He said they would be back to repair it. Well, the repair was a silver screw to hold the wood piece that was broken off the post and mailbox door doesn't close tight. When there is a heavy wind or rain door falls open and mail is wet. I have contacted this location a dozen times. I have spoken with Cory once and left multiple messages that were not returned. Went into the office and spoke with Eden which I thought was going to help but after multiple attempts, that did not pan out either. As of today 4-9-26, my mailbox is still not fixed. The USPS system is awful!!!!

Arrived around 10 a.m. on a Tuesday with my 4-, 3-, and 20-month-old. I was surprised by how…read morecrowded the parking lot was, but there was still plenty of parking available. The library opens at 9 a.m. (earlier than Davidson County libraries, which was nice to know). The children's section is completely separate from the rest of the library and even has its own bathrooms. I really appreciated this because I didn't have to worry as much about other guests. The kids area was very crowded, though there are a lot of different spaces throughout and we still could have found quieter areas if needed. Visibility between sections can make it a little difficult to keep track of multiple kids, but that's somewhat expected in a busy children's library. They normally seem to offer story time, though there wasn't one today. Instead, there was a coloring activity set up in the story time room. There were lots of activities for kids including puppets, trains, blocks, computers, and plenty of tables/seating areas. I also appreciated that snacks weren't allowed in the play area, which helped keep everything clean. I knocked off a star because the staff felt a bit quick to correct kids during normal busy-day behavior, even when parents were already handling it. That said, it was an especially crowded day, so I understand they were probably trying to keep things under control. Overall, this is a great library for young kids with a lot to explore and enough space to spend a good amount of time there.
