Not using the usps for package delivery. Your chances of getting it actually delivered are about 5%, getting help is non existent.

Went in to make purchase on padded envelope to return an item for refund. I was able to complete…read morethe transaction with timely and professional one on one window results. I then wrapped up my item and paid postage in the self-service kiosk and send off my parcel. Both the staffed and self-service methods were efficient.

These people are thieves!!! At Christmas time I wrote my Pastor a letter and I put a gift card in…read morewith his Christmas card. Big mistake on my part because someone could feel there is a gift card in it. So, after sending it to him I received an email from USPS maybe 2 weeks after I sent it out showing the card was going to be returned to MY mail box because the Church I sent it to does NOT accept any physical mail. Well I was not aware the Church did not receive mail so that is my fault. However, I should of received the card back at my mail box that day. To this day I have not received it. I keep getting the run around saying that the return address was covered by a label showing it was supposed to be returned to me. A woman named Michelle Dobbs called me stating she seen it then said she would track it down and return it to me. The crooked manager named Richard Vantiegham claims the machine covered the return address with its label. I asked this manager then how did I receive an email showing it was supposed to be in my inbox that day. Obviously they could of just peeled that sticker back to see my address like Michelle Dobbs told me on the phone. Please stay far away from the USPS on church street. If possible pay your bills online and use the Fed Ex Or the UPS. I believe one of these people opened it and used the gift card. Stupid me should of saved the recite and canceled it

I had ordered some prints here and came and picked them up. They were suppose to be glossy but came…read moreout matte. They were able to reprint and recut for me but it did take awhile. The quality of the print is very poor in my option. It would have been nice if they gave me the misprinted copies just because they made me wait another hour but they didn't.

I went to this location on my break to return AT&T internet equipment. AT&T return instructions…read morestate that my equipment can either be returned to Fed Ex office stores or UPS stores without the need to pack or label the equipment. I entered the store at the Stones River location in Murfreesboro, TN. There was one person ahead of me. As I waited I noticed that there were 3 other employees standing around in the background. 2 customers walked in 3 minutes and 4 minutes after me and one of the employees went to their station to assist them. That employee never once asked 'who's next'! After that particular employee helped the 2 customers that came in behind me that employee asked me if I needed assistance. I said 'yes, I need to drop off my AT&T equipment. The person said we don't take those here...you have to go to a UPS store. I was confused by what the Fed Ex associate said so I went to the AT&T website to see the return instructions again...needless to say I was right and the person at the counter was wrong. I walked back in to the Fed Ex office store now already late for work and fuming a bit. A different employee asked if they could help me. I said 'yes' and went on to vent about the previous employee giving me wrong information causing me to lose my place in line and be late returning to work. This employee possessed my return. I asked this employee why the other employee seemed to be so inadequately trained? I didn't get a response. IMO the other employee was clearly in a delusional and imaginary state of mind that caused the employee to be more focused on perceived appearances than actual reality. Unfortunately this is a classic example of how most DEI hires perform...
