Replacements are free. Your immediate welcoming party of two officers will ask you to remove your watch and all contents of your pocket into a plastic bin. Escort you through the metal detector and wave their wand over you for the entire office to watch as there are no display monitors that show your ticket number/service window. You will step immediately to the left after your pat down to the kiosk and choose one of the three options, enter your or kins social security number and receive your printout ticket number. Everyone seems to continuously crowd the far left waiting room so turn back around and wait in the right room for some extra personal space. I've read reviews about how it can get a bit noisy and distracting with chatter around you so I brought earbuds. I also recommend a book or a magazine of your own. I didn't have the volume too high and I sat right under the speaker to hear my number be called. When I sat down at 9:50am I was already 5th in line for a replacement but i still had to wait an hour as the gentlemen handling replacements took a mini break of 15-20 minutes. My number was finally called and having my PASSPORT really sped things up. I sat for a minute with the agent and provided my printed and complete application. He gave me a letter as a receipt and told me my card will be MAILED to me. This is a new regulation as of August 2014. Bummer. You can have the card mailed to your local address. No proof of address needed. Would I recommend this location? I don't think there are any other options. Definitely bring reading materials and/or earbuds.

Drove 30 minutes to the Social Security office on Friday after Christmas based on posted online…read morehours showing the office open at 9:00 a.m. There were multiple cars in the parking lot, and one by one people discovered a paper notice taped to the door stating the office was closed. In 2025, relying on a handwritten sign instead of updating official online hours is unacceptable. Multiple members of the public wasted time because accurate information was not posted where the public is directed to look. I will return next week. If this is a recurring issue, it should be reviewed at the management level to ensure accurate public communications going forward.

Won't really tell you anything over the phone, or email you a copy of proof of payment. Resulting in my license getting suspended. I called on a Monday they lady told me I need to call back on next Monday cause the supervisor is out of town and she's the only one that could handle out of state issues. I explain to the lady on the phone that I need this for school so I need this to happen quickly, she then tells me to actually call back on Thursday and gave me the number for the supervisor. So I called bright and early Thursday morning. And meanwhile all I need is a letter stating I paid everything. And they couldn't give me that because I'm a resident of Florida, I'm out of state. The supervisor then said it would take 10 days and she'd give me a call back. Never got a call nothing so I called again the next week and the lady on the phone told me "the longer we are on the phone the longer it's gonna take, only my supervisor can handle this." Rude 1. 2 how does that make since other court houses will fax, email everything. But not this one.

The Hazen Brigade Monument, built in early 1863, is the oldest, intact Civil War monument in the…read morenation...The NATION!!! Here in our backyard!!! Tony and I went to Stones River National Battlefield and this Monument is located on the same side of the road as the National Cemetery just a few yards down the road from the Visitors Center. Its a monument with an Iron gate and stone wall around several graves. There is also some cannons located in park along with the marker signs. If you want to go on a nice walk with your kids or animals..to enjoy a great walk during the afternoon and learning some Great Historical facts...you must go here !!! I highly recommend this area, even if you are NOT a history Buff, like me!!! IT's Ideal just for a great hour or two or longer of enjoying God's Backyard and the beauty of Nature.. I am going again, and again ....and AGAIN !!!!
