In 2025, relying on a handwritten sign instead of updating official online hours is unacceptable. Multiple members of the public wasted time because accurate information was not posted where the public is directed to look. I will return next week. Thank you very much for leaving a combat veteran who has survived six IED attacks mentally exasperated, shaking, and completely overwhelmed after dealing with your staff. I have given more to this country than any of you ungrateful, clock in and clock out pieces of shit will ever understand, and the way I was treated was absolutely fucking insulting. The way your staff treated me was disgusting. Not just rude, disgusting. The attitude, lack of empathy, disrespect, and complete disregard for basic human decency were unacceptable. I walked out of your establishment mentally exhausted, shaking, angry, and deeply insulted because of the way I was treated. You have absolutely no idea what someone may be carrying with them when they walk through your doors. You do not know what they have survived, what they are dealing with, or how much it may take for them simply to walk in and ask for help. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of compassion or professionalism, your staff made an already difficult situation significantly worse. I have served this country and survived things that most people will never experience, and I did not deserve to be treated like that. If you cannot handle treating people with basic respect, decency, and professionalism, then you have no fucking business working there. The entire experience was disgusting, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Fuck the way I was treated. I will not be returning, and I will make sure people know exactly how I was treated at this establishment. I am truly appreciative that you clock in every day and keep sending your tax dollars my way. Assholes.
