Worst moving service. No timeliness, puts the customer last. Does not inform customers of delays. My appointment was at 1430, it is now 1740 and I haven't heard anything from them. I called about 30 times noone there to help. I went to the physical location and it seems that it doesn't exist. The owner called me back and said last minute he cancelled my move because of my honest review. Mind you I have been waiting since 1430. Very rude. This ruined my travel plans. This is my last day in the military service and I had planned to drive to NJ and my plans were ruined. Response to the owner. Things happen, therefore it is important to have a plan in place. A refund does not solve the fact that I was lied to and only got a call back after I put in a review. A refund and to surprise me with "we are not going due to your review" does not excuse any sort of professionalism! read more

Last minute request to have two guys help us unload a U-Haul truck. Monday night booking for a Wednesday morning service request. From the beginning everything was excellent! Easy to request services on their website. Quick confirmation the next day and plenty of communication on unloading day. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Fantastic service. They did such a great job helping us unload our Pod and move into our new house. I had no idea how they were going to get our big, heavy executive desk in past the storm door and up the stairs, but they did it! This was a great experience during an extremely stressful time! They showed up when requested last minute and were extremely accommodating. They showed up on time and worked very hard. They wrapped furniture with care and stored everything with caution. They were able to Tetris packed our storage unit and get everything to fit. Gentlemanly guys showed after the time they quoted, but did try to contact us to let us know they would be a bit later than expected. Very polite, worked diligently and carefully with our belongings. At first I was very impressed with the fast response and quote. I am moving on to post so anybody coming on needs to have an ID or able to get a pass. I asked if there would be an issue, assuming it would not be but then received a response stating not everybody has the documents they need. This left me a little confused and apprehensive. All that is needed is a license or valid proof of ID and if they are driving on with their truck insurance and the registration. I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe what he meant is there a flood victims who do not have their IDs, I don't know just giving him the benefit of the doubt because you never know what could be taken out of context through an email. So I then asked him if he happened to have people he knew could get a pass with their proper ID. It has now been a couple days and he's not responded so it's safe to assume that whoever is coming on will not pass the background to get on post. It's a pretty standard check they do when they run your ID so it's a little concerning. Why else would he go from responding so quickly tonight at all.
