I moved over to this area of town and it's the only Maverik around. Although I don't eat at the Cinnabon all too often, their crew isn't set up. They don't have any breakfast, or food period-- it's been 3/4 mornings that I've been there and it's been about 6:20am. They are losing a lot of sales, because there were 4 people complaining about it today alone. So, since it's been a pattern, I will have no choice but to stop in somewhere else, or..... GASP! Make my own food, which in a way is helping my belly and my pocketbook; therefore, I should be thankful, right?? I do have to mention that the overnight guy is pretty cool. My only little pet peeve is when I ask where something is and get an "I think it's over there..." Costco is HUGE and can get super busy, so being sent in the wrong direction can turn into quite the adventure! I'd much rather someone double-check if they aren't sure. What really stood out during my last visit was how kind and accommodating the staff was when I lost my keys. My husband ended up having to bring me my spare, and I didn't get the call that my keys had been found until about 7:30 the next morning--but I was SO relieved they were found! Definitely saved me the hassle and expense of ordering another spare. This Costco is consistently clean, nicely stocked, and has a great team. Definitely my go-to location!

When the Meridian located, it has become our preferred location but it doesn't stop us from visting the other locations because Costco doesn't have the same assortment in every location. Sometimes an item in Boise is not in Meridian or vice versa. The team at the Meridian is fanstatic, whethere it is the door checkers/scanners or the cashiers and even the pharmacy department. Madison who is up front and in the pharmacy department Marcy who is the VIP of the pharmacy department Wendi who is the unsung hero in the pharmacy department Soleil who checks you out when you leave There are plenty of others who make our visits great and we feel like we are shopping with friends and family. We are very thankful to have this location so close to us. Lastly, the newest intiative to grab hot dogs, pizzas and more is very problematic as they no longer call out numbers. The new initiative is to self check out and get in line. What the suits and ties didn't factor was how big that line would get with all the customer's carts. There is no 'parking lot' for the carts so the line to hand off the receipt to the food court person is simply unorganized and chaotic.
