The car had a bad radiator hose and the coolant reservoir was also leaking, I was going to replace the hose and reservoir myself. For whatever reason they decided to replace the radiator hose and coolant reservoir without my consent. When I called them out the office girl got pissy with me. She actually had a technician reinstall the bad parts and told me we had 24 hours to get the car off their lot and to never return. Ms. Darbe says she called me multiple times. The only time I talked to her was to schedule and when I told her I wasn't paying for the parts that neither myself or my son approved. That's when she got pissy with me. If miss Darby says otherwise she's lying. Avoid the business or the same may happen to you.

Within ten minutes, I can fuel up my car and fuel up on organic bananas and hummus. Wow - What I life I have. This particular Costco Gasoline station is neatly tucked away in the corner of the Costco lot. It's not super easily accessible which is good. Why is that good? It's good because it doesn't cause a traffic jam at the intersection of Chinden and Ten Mile. If there was an off the street entrance into the gas station, it would look like the ration line on odd days from the late 1970s. Hey kids, go look that up. The aisles for the vehicles are nice and wide. I am so super-appreciative this fact. Some gas stations leave no wiggle room for the over-sized trucks and their hauling boats or the classic family truckster. At the Costco gasoline station there's plenty of room for everyone. Got to make sure you have your Costco card, or it's no gas for you. There's a new option to use the contactless screen thing so you don't have to insert your ATM / Debit card and of course the hoses and the pumps work like they should. The attendants are always available and the price is right plus we get fairly good gas mileage. Did I mention that in the same parking lot, there's a new Costco with organic bananas and hummus?

My only little pet peeve is when I ask where something is and get an "I think it's over there..." Costco is HUGE and can get super busy, so being sent in the wrong direction can turn into quite the adventure! I'd much rather someone double-check if they aren't sure. What really stood out during my last visit was how kind and accommodating the staff was when I lost my keys. My husband ended up having to bring me my spare, and I didn't get the call that my keys had been found until about 7:30 the next morning--but I was SO relieved they were found! Definitely saved me the hassle and expense of ordering another spare. This Costco is consistently clean, nicely stocked, and has a great team. Definitely my go-to location!

When the Meridian located, it has become our preferred location but it doesn't stop us from visting the other locations because Costco doesn't have the same assortment in every location. Sometimes an item in Boise is not in Meridian or vice versa. The team at the Meridian is fanstatic, whethere it is the door checkers/scanners or the cashiers and even the pharmacy department. A special shoutout the following team members. Ashley who was in the pharmacy department but now up front. Madison who is up front and in the pharmacy department Marcy who is the VIP of the pharmacy department Wendi who is the unsung hero in the pharmacy department Soleil who checks you out when you leave There are plenty of others who make our visits great and we feel like we are shopping with friends and family. We are very thankful to have this location so close to us. Lastly, the newest intiative to grab hot dogs, pizzas and more is very problematic as they no longer call out numbers. The new initiative is to self check out and get in line. What the suits and ties didn't factor was how big that line would get with all the customer's carts. There is no 'parking lot' for the carts so the line to hand off the receipt to the food court person is simply unorganized and chaotic.

Looked like an, easy in, easy out situation and my light had been on for a while. I went inside for a power aid as my kid filled me up. Very nice girl behind the counter told me to watch my step as I approached the 8 foot long ditch cut in the middle of the cement floor. (Yep inside).
