Damaged my vehicle????…read more I've had an unlimited wash membership for several years. A couple of months ago, I noticed damage to my vehicle that wasn't there when I left the house that day. I noticed the damage after leaving my 2nd stop. My first stop was getting my car washed and I remained in my car as it went through the wash. I heard the usual "clunks, bumps, and other noises" one hears going through the wash. As is usual for me, my next stop involved me parking quite away from a businesses entrance and nowhere near other vehicles. I do this because of several reasons. One, being that I don't want my truck getting damaged by careless drivers/passengers slamming their doors or carts into my vehicle. Upon returning to my truck, I noticed fresh damage, including paint scrapes and a slight, but noticeable vertical denting to the passenger side of the truck. Again, there were NO vehicles near my truck when I parked and climbed out of it, or when I returned to it about 15 minutes later. The length/height of damage was inconsistent with that one would expect from another vehicle, but quite consistent with the vertical rollers used in the car wash. I believe these "dings/dents" were caused by the car wash equipment so I returned to Mister Car Wash and spoke with either the manager or assistant manager. I don't remember which title I was given. The gentleman agreed to review their security footage and get back to me. He never called back. I've since followed up, via phone, with Joe (the manager) inquiring about my damaged paint/body. He said he didn't recall talking with me so it might have been the assistant manager. He said he'd look into things and call me back. Joe did call back a few days later and left a message. I was able to return his call a couple of hours later and asked for him to call me again. I've yet to hear back, and I'm not bothering to leave messages that aren't being returned. Sadly, I'd expect a business to deny any claim if they think they can get away with it. However, if you have footage of a vehicle passing through (tied to my membership ID), it seems like you could easily verify if your equipment damaged my vehicle or not. The fact that I'm only getting "crickets" from them over this issue suggests to me that the review of their security footage does show their equipment damaging my vehicle and they're hoping I'll just "go away" rather than having to repair the damage.

Mega Carwash was a great find, value and highly recommend. For $6 we were able to clean the jeep up enough to have a clean vehicle for the rest of our adventure and on up to Portland. The ultra high pressure bay was open and I pulled in. This was great, it cleaned off the dirt very easily. Also the ability to use a credit card, instead of pumping in quarters, was very welcome. Address on the check is the street address for the car wash, where I sent my original complaint letter that was returned as undeliverable. There was a note inside that states... "Here's your $10 refund. You are hereby banned from DH car wash. If you ever return, you will be prosecuted for trespassing. DH". I guess we know what kind of person owns this business.

I signed up for their monthly unlimited was which I would highly recommend especially during the winters here. As you know it's very hard once snow etc hits it's hard to keep a car clean. I don't know about you but I also feel bette when my truck or car is sparkling clean. For the money I believe this place provides a great value for its customers. The employees at this location and others are always super friendly and have smiles on their faces every time. I have even been approached while cleaning the inside and asked how everything is going and my experience. This doesn't happen at other places around that's for sure. Plus what I love is the enormous vacuum stations that are available. This also includes free mat washers, blowers for those fine crevices and my favorite warm towels to dry off any left over water. This is a great place and the ownership around quality service is definitely not missed here.

It is a black car that got caught in a small rain and some major dusting. Even though the car was dirty when I got it, I just can't turn it in that way. I explained to Jen my situation and she never even questioned me. She said, " let me open this thing up and get you on your way!" So, I gave her a candy and told her she is a "lifesaver!"

However, this place has good value for the money. I have a big Ford F-550 to wash, so I need time. I can wash, wax, rinse and spot free rinse and not have to refeed the machine after my initial coin drops. Equipment works excellent - from the wash to the vacuums. There are 6 big bays to use and PLENTY of vacuums on either side of the building.
