Conveniently, the call-back number they sent didn't work, either. It just goes to show that their management doesn't have the professionalism or courage to have actual conversations with loyal customers. I wanted to do the capacitor replacements myself, and they let me know what I needed to do to accomplish those tasks. He was able to come out the next day to look things over and then got the job done the day after that. Both appointments had minor time shifts, but he still came through the same day and communicated well throughout.
