    Beef and chicken tacos
    Stacy H.

We were visiting Atlanta and stopped in here for a quick lunch. The service was AWESOME. The staff were knowledgeable and super friendly! It's such a cute venue with so much to offer in terms of seating, TVs and even a game lounge. I ordered the kale salad with carnitas added, which was delicious! My husband ordered the brisket and two tacos (chicken and brisket). The brisket was tender, but could've used a little more char with salt. The tacos were not the best, quite frankly due to the flour tortilla shells. We're from L.A., so clearly biased on tacos. But the flour tortillas, although very fresh were too doughy for a taco and the massive amount of salsa on top did not belong. Salsa should be added to taste. I would return if in town.

Everything was great. You get a lot of food and the prices are great. It was served very neat and appetizing, The staff were very nice. I would definitely return. Also we got there before they opened so we beat the long line. I also love that they take Apple Pay which is so convenient. The truck was nice, clean, and the area was clean which is very important. Keep doing a great job!

We came to the grand opening and because many folks had eaten from the truck locations, the reputation had the lines loooong! It was well worth the wait though, I'm sayin' So we had smoked turkey, smoked sausage, Mac and cheese, fried chicken wings and (yum) some scrumptious and huge fried chicken breasts whose crunch was "slap yo momma" good! Just kidding, not tryna die:) I had intended to take pics of my plate but I was so hungry and the food was soooo good, I couldn't do it! Take my word for it. You won't be sorry after eating here!

    Hungry Man 3 Meat Platter

Came here this past Sunday. There's only street parking. We ordered Hungry's Man 3 Meat Platter. We got Brisket, Pork Ribs, Beef Links and a side of Turkey Leg. This platter includes 2 sides. We got Candied Yams and Mac and Cheese. IMO, it was a little bland. I like the way it was seasoned but I felt it just was lacking a bit of flavor. All 3 meats were a bit dry. But I'm glad they didn't try to marinade everything sweet like other bbq places. The sides were good!!! I enjoyed the Mac and cheese! The sauces were good as well! I didn't ask, but I wondered if they have a spicy choice? Either way, the sauce is good and tasty. Overall, it's def not bad at all. I just think I'm looking for a tad more flavoring and for my food to come out warm for Bbq food. I would def try this spot again.

When I tell yall best barbecue in Compton I MEAN IT !! Their advertisement on Instagram got me there and I so happy it did . Shout out to the guy when I went that told me about the special they were having . They always have specials through the week. Mac n cheese and potato salad were so flavorful. Link was hot fresh off the grill . Brisket had so much flavor my only issue was it not being hot it's was warm for sure . It was so good I didn't wait to go home and eat it I ate it in the car. But if you're patient warming in up at the crib will do you justice . Other then that it's was TOP NOTCH . And we love and support black owned businesses!!!

Made the drive from Venice today and absolutely loved what they're doing with this side of the road operation. Arrived around 12:30 on a Saturday and there were 4-5 people ahead of us, but the line moved fast. Good thing we arrived when we did because the line started growing quite a bit while we were there. The pork ribs, brisket and chicken we ordered were cooked to absolute perfection. Super tasty bark without being overly salty. The BBQ sauce is super unique with an almost honey-glaze consistency, and our mac & cheese and collard greens were absolutely delicious. There are also some cool stands around it selling super crazy lemonades and homemade baked goods. Everyone running the various tents were so friendly. Worth the visit. We will be back.

The 3 for $30: Brisket, Rib, Link with 2 sides: Mac and Cheese, Collard Greens and a sweet roll.

As a big foodie and Yelp Elite, I love supporting up-and-coming food trucks and small businesses, especially Black-owned spots that are getting buzz on social media. Kitchen's Corner BBQ has definitely been one of those Instagram-famous trucks that content creators have been hyping up, so of course, I had to pull up and see if it lived up to the hype. First, let me paint the picture: it's literally a BBQ pit set up in the back of a food truck with a white tent in front of the city library. Heads up -- do not park in the library lot unless you're actually going inside because the signs are clear and they do ticket/tow. Next to the truck, there was also a seasoned lady selling desserts and cold drinks (not sure if she's part of the business but it felt like a collab). When I ordered, I asked about the "3 for $30" special I saw on Instagram. The young man taking orders confirmed it was available, so I went with brisket, ribs, and a hot link, plus mac & cheese and collard greens for my sides. Here's my breakdown: * The Meat: Tender? Absolutely -- it melted in my mouth, and I'll give that a 10/10. But temperature and flavor? That's where I was a little let down. The brisket and ribs were just warm, not piping hot like I prefer, and the seasoning felt very heavy on black pepper. It seemed like the meat was waiting around for the next order, so the BBQ sauce carried most of the flavor. The sauce itself had a nice kick, but I personally like when the seasoning and smoke speak for themselves. For me, the meat was a 5/10 in flavor, but still cooked well. * The Sides: The mac & cheese and collard greens were the stars of my plate. They came out hot (how I like it!) and flavorful. No complaints at all -- these sides hit the mark. * The Vibe: It's a true street-food setup -- casual, simple, with content creators literally right there filming themselves hyping up their plates. I even saw one guy setting his food bag on the concrete floor while slurping up his greens on camera, calling it all a "10/10." That's when I knew I had to keep it real with my Yelp fam. Overall, I wouldn't say Kitchen's Corner BBQ is bad -- it's just not the life-changing BBQ that social media makes it out to be. It was good but not great, and for the price point, I think some people might walk away expecting more based on the hype. Still, the tenderness of the meat and those sides definitely deserve love, and I respect the hustle of Black-owned food trucks making their mark in LA's competitive food scene. Would I come back? Maybe, especially to try more of the sides and see if the meat hits differently on a busier day. But I want to be real with my review so folks know what to expect -- no exaggeration, just the truth of my experience. Look out for my next foodie adventure!

Maybe the truck is better because my plate didn't look anything like these pictures? The seasons on the meat, the sauce and sides except the sweet potato cornbread was good. Service is a 1 star best. Personally I think Bludso's and Badlands is way better! Sorry but NOT sorry!

Kitchens #1 with an extra side.
    Sergio A.

The meat is good quality meat and the sauces are on point! The food was just a little cold when i received it. Service is decent however they are going to need a second cashier the line can get pretty long. I did notice one of the cooks grabbing the food bare hand (no gloves). The location itself is a decent size but tables are set up together for the most part (picnic style). Overall food is great, I paid $52 for the #1 but this included an extra side I order plus a tip (support the up&coming business). I think with time this place is going to be the go to BBQ spot.

1/2 lb brisket w/ Large side Mac n cheese
    Alan M.

I saw this BBQ spot all over Instagram and decided to try their $15 special, 1/2 brisket and a large side. After driving 30 minutes and waiting in line, I got only 6 small slices of brisket. That's a sad looking plate if you ask me, who would get full off that lol The brisket was just okay, nothing memorable. Sauce was average too. The mac n cheese was the only highlight, super cheesy and tasty. Overall, not worth the hype or the drive

Brisket cut up, mac n cheese, collard greens and candied yams.

(Giving review for Paramount location). Our cousin who had a food truck recommended this place to us since it's in our neighborhood and was a friend of his. We ordered the small sides of mac n cheese, collard greens, candied yams and 1/2 lb of brisket. We tried all 3 sauces which is at a self serve station. Overall, very happy. Everything tasted great. To go service was quick. The best sauce was the sweet & spicy (most limited for a reason). There is a Creole restaurant in our family. They are my barometer for good bbq. I can say confidently that Kitchens Craft BBQ in Paramount is good. Would definitely come back. Would definitely recommend and will be back to try the black eye peas, corn bread and desserts. Good job Paramount for the this new addition! Finally, a good bbq spot that is closer than the fambam location.

I'll start off with the parking. There's plenty of parking in the shopping center if you get there early enough. The decor was on par with the theme. The place is not big but every inch of this place was decorated. Definitely gave a Halloween vibe. My husband and I wanted to try the food. At the entrance I was told to ask a waitress about a table. Some were reserved already so we waited a little while. Paola hooked us up with a table about 10 minutes later. We ordered our food and some drinks and within 10 minutes we were eating. We ordered some wings a burger and Cajun fries. Everything was delicious and although the drinks are kind of pricey they were delicious. Paola kept checking in on us and once we were ready to close the tab, she got us a high top table by the area where people were dancing. She still would check in on us from time to time and even brought us some water. So shout out to her! The dj played good music and the whole place was vibing. Everyone was having a good time. They played music that made me reminisce of my high school days as well as current music. The only thing I was not to fond of was the bathroom. Only two stalls for the women's restroom and a bathroom for either gender. At times the line would be long. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much and would definitely go back next year if they do it again.
