Frank called, came to my house the same day and had my machine running without the part I supposedly needed, said the other "repairman". But Frank determined more extensive repairs were required..and expensive. My machine is 16 years old. He found me a used machine which is working great. He is honest, knowledgeable, polite and follows through on promises..rare qualities in today's world. if I ever have need of any other appliance repairs, he is the only person I will call. I can't say enough good things about the service I received and how happy I am that I called this business.

Over two months later, I am still waiting on the repairs and I don't have the dryer that I paid for over two months ago. This is so completely unacceptable! I have probably called over 10 times over the course of two months not one person has ever called me back and they do not have a date that the part will be in.... I am going to corporate tomorrow. This is beyond bad customer service. I feel like they stole my money and I have no date of any dryer being delivered. ****And I only received a response after this review went public. They never called back even though I stated that I was a repeat customer. I called again. The person with whom I spoke said that he would need to check with his manager because they would need to know where the leak was coming from before they committed to a service call. Honestly, how would I know that ? All I knew was that it was coming from the left bottom corner of the dishwasher. He promised to call me back the next day. That call never came. In my opinion, not a good way to do business. They were always so nice before. This sort of treatment angers me. After we throw out $100 worth of spoiled groceries and are living out of a cooler all weekend, 2 huge black dudes in street clothes and a giant Bucky's truck pull up in my driveway within the quoted timeframe. One of the guys is talking VERY loudly on his phone about the groin surgery he's having on Wednesday. Thanks, but no one wants to hear about your VD. Less talky, more move fridgy! Once they finally get to work, the old broken fridge is dismantled and brought out and the refurbished fridge is brought in, about 25 minutes total. The "new" fridge is functional but doesn't close all the way and doesn't have a tight seal around the door. But at least we can make it work. Aside from hearing all about that dudes crotch surgery, I'd recommend Bucky's from the little dealing I had with them.
