Poor work, head to go back due to putting new glass iPad 2, on a broken bezel. "Well we don't have one in stock, so just come back next week and we can get it done for you." Now power button will not turn off the iPad. Groupon $59=not fixed with new problem! Call and go in next week: You need a new cable for the power button, we can go get one, no problem! 1:20 later back with part. New bezel, new power button, $30! Pointed out to tech that the glass was not sticking, "I'll put some tape on it and it will help it adhere!". Tape is still on after 3 weeks and it is still not sticking, and volume control will not press down to lower volume. Insane, 2 repairs $89= tape and broken volume button. Warranty or not, I don't need anything else broken that will cost me more! Total waste, I could have gotten a screen off eBay and taped it on myself! Don't get scammed! read more

I seen the ad on Groupon to fix the screen on my son's iPhone 5c for $39. Of course, I traveled from my side of town (East Side) to the Southwest side to get the phone fixed. The phone was in good working condition and he could still use it, but the glass was cracked. Got there, filled out the form with my contact info. Said they would call me when the phone was ready. The next day, I get a call from them saying that the price is changing from $39 to $80! Are you serious?!?! Had I known that they were gonna pull a "bait and switch" on me, I could've gotten the phone fixed on my side of town. What a waist of time! I bought a grupon to fix a screen on a iphone 6s for 79 i got there they tried to upsell me on some crap that was not needed, i refused and then they said there is a 95% chance original screen will work. 3 hrs later i picked up the phone and suddenly they can retrive the voucher cupon just so they can collect more. They told me just pay cash it will be the same price... next thing from 79 it went to 95 when i asked why he said there is no tax on grupon but on store is. What a bs... everyone knows they pay percentage on grupon so they pretend that it is the system issue or something to rip people off... what a bs... read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! The only reason their rating is high is because they give you discounts if you post on social media and give them a high rating. Brought my laptop in to fix and they said they could do it in a few days. It ended up taking over a month and when I came to pick it up, it was still broken and eventually they suggested to change the motherboard. I'd rather buy a new laptop... They also still asked me to pay for checking the laptop or else they would not return it to me. I refused to pay. I also had my iPad fixed with them. They changed the screen and it was sloppy work. It was tilted and you could see the glue. Then my iPad stopped working 2 days later and they did not want to be responsible for it. The girl on the phone is rude, she was on her cellphone and ignored me for a while. A bunch of amateurs. They probably watched YouTube videos as they try to fix things. This place has decent rates compared to other places. I found out about them through Groupon. I dropped my iphone 6s cracking the screen and they had a groupon to replace the screen for $79. When I brought the phone in they checked it out and told me that it needed an LCD replacement, not just a screen replacement. An LCD replacement is much more expensive. When I asked how they knew all they would say is that they did some tests. I had watched videos online to test all the features of the 6s after a cracked screen and everything worked just fine, so I'm not sure what kind of tests they did. Anyways, I agreed to pay $105 for a refurbished LCD replacement. The service took about 2 hours. When I received the phone, I noticed the home button didn't have a click as prominent as it did before, it was a very soft click. They told me they could go back and fix it, but I had already waited long enough and did not want to spend anymore time there. Also, I had to go out to get cash as their credit card machine was out of service. read more

I had to replace my screen on a Samsung Galaxy S5. Every store I called wanted to change the lcd screen as well. I read online this was an easy fix. They all wanted around $150 for this. I came here and they said as the screen was replaced before it may break the lcd screen when it was removed. Honestly I was expecting this to be the case and then get charged the full price and the easy fix. When I returned they told me that they had managed to remove it and replace just the glass screen. $45 instead of $150!!! I'm not sure if they are cheaper or more expensive than other places but I will be going back because they are honest. read more

It all started with a groupon. Great deal I thought, only to walk into a sort of greasy bait and switch business move. Upon showing the guy in the front my broken iPhone 6S Plus, he tells me wait a minute so the technician can inspect it further. Like the previous yelp review, I also had it checked at apple and knew my LCD was not the issue. I have also previously fixed older versions of the iphones and I know parts are put together differently now but nevertheless the screen and LCD are the same and I know when one thing is broken and when it isn't. My LCD isn't broken. Then a young guy, maybe 19, walks out from the back and takes a good stare at me, he comes over to me and takes out a broken screen and an LCD that is ripped at the edge. Not my screen, but one that he has for show purposes. And proceeds to tell me my LCD layer is broken. Great. I put him on the spot by asking why there are no signs of a broken LCD on my screen, things like a touchscreen that doesn't work, or discoloration on a part of your phone. He continues to press me with his sample broken iPhone. I tell him to cut the crap and show me on my phone. So he brings it from the back and hands it to me opened up. But continues to show me the broken sample. I'm sketched out already and I've decided not to use their business. But just for curiosity, I ask how much I have to pay them today, after having bought the groupon because I also had a charger issue and needed to replace the charger dock. He tells me it's about $90. I think it's still not a a terrible deal if you're subtracting the groupon from that. Wrong, he wants $90 on top of what I already paid on the groupon. When I ask why, he explains how basically I bought a discount. I mention to him it's not a 6 plus, like it says on his tablet showing me prices. It's a 6s plus. His eyes light up, oh wait that cost more sir. How much? It's way over the $100 limit I have for this fix. I tell him to go in the back and put the screws back on the phone. He tells me he'll give me a discount. How much? Not enough that's how much. The audacity of these people was beyond what I could fathom. He seemed shock that I wasn't buying his show. Luckily I had read the previous reviews and called Groupon to ask about their return policy(3 days from purchase) in case the store tried to do sketchy stuff to me, as their customer. I called and got my refund in the parking lot while making eye contact. No problem with Groupon though. Literally head out of the parking lot heading south towards Harwin and turn right. You'll find a bunch of other much cheaper places. Some of those are scams too. Shop around. I've decided to just go ahead and fix it myself by ordering from trusted eBay sellers and guides that I follow on Ifixitdotcom. Cheers. read more
