I ordered 2 wreaths and two table runners on 9/13, mid-day. Not sure if they are in the East but today I chatted with someone and inquired when the items would ship. It seems although they say you'll receive your items in 4 to 8 days, my items are "in packaging". at 9/17. I am going to assume it will be days to get them out of packaging and another few days for them to reach UPS or USPS for shipment. Very slow. As others have stated, online shopping and ship to store is a terrible experience. But their customer service is the worst I have have dealt with in a long time. When dealing with my first (and last) online order the item I received was in poor shape. I get one email a day with customer service dealing with this issue. They ask a question, I reply immediately & they reply the next day... This use to be one of my favorite go to store for home decor but then along came some more stores and looking back I am not sure what I sAw here the quality is terrible. The prices are ok so I guess if you don't mind pieces that aren't going to lady very long and have your homes decor in Tuscan/ old world than this is a good shop for you read more

I purchased outdoor seating cushions online and they were delivered over a month later. When they were received, they were NOT what I ordered online. After contacting customer service I was advised the wrong product picture was online and it has now been removed. I was offered a 25% discount to keep them. Being that the cushions were not inexpensive, this was not sufficient to keep. I advised customer service and I requested they make arrangements to have them picked up for return. I was advised they don't do that and I would have to take them to a local pick up site. Needless to say, this has created much more of an issue for me when it was a huge mistake made by the company. I am extremely disappointed with the response from the company and can't imagine that other people have not discovered they ordered something online that didn't exist. I have been a customer of Kirkland's for many years, however I will not be after this experience. They could do better!! read more

I am not pleased with the service I have received (or rather *not* received) from Kirkland's. I placed ordered and purchased an item online and have yet to receive it. It has been well over a month now, and I was told it would take 10-14 business days to come in. When the 14 days were up, I had to call several times to get any type of update. Each time I was told "they would send my information to the corporate office". The status of my order has yet to be changed. read more

I ordered a kitchen island on the Kirkland website, and had an extremely poor experience with their customer service. I never received a confirmation email after purchasing the product. At first I didn't think anything of it, but after 2 weeks I never received any follow up emails about the delivery status of my order. I reached out to their customer service and was told that the order had been stuck in pending status and was never actually processed. On top of this, I had used a $75 gift card on my order, and they would not reimburse me unless I had the original gift card number. Like most people, I threw the gift card away after I had used it and did not have the number. I was then forced to call the person who had purchased the gift card for me in order to make them jump through hoops for a mistake that was made by Kirkland's. Throughout this whole process, no one from Kirkland's even apologized once. I would have expected an automatic discount for the inconvenience caused. Instead, I was offered nothing, and was told to resubmit my order using the same website that I just had so many issues with. I am never going to purchase anything from them online ever again. read more

I won't b buying anything else from Kirkland's. I bt an accent chair n was told by a store associate that there would b no shipping if shipped to the store. Not true! Paid shipping of $24.99 AND $20.00 delicery surcharge fee. I did it cos I really liked the chair. In fact I liked it so much, I decided to buy another one. Out of stock so I started searching online. Lo n behold Target was carrying the exact same chair - new item for them. Same manufacturer. No shipping; cheaper..... total was $154.95. Kirkland chair was $228.49 so I called. So much for the valued customer-we want to make you happy BS. Not willing to refund me any of the $73.54 excess n not willing to take back the chair n give me a refund. I ordered a mirror to my local store because I wanted two and they only had one in stock. I was told that it would take at most 10 business days to arrive. After the 10th day without receiving a shipping confirmation, I called and was told that somehow my order had been over looked and would be shipped out immediately. Once it finally got shipped to the store a week later, I got an email saying that it arrived damaged. I called to check on the status of it and was told that there was a mess up and instead of rushing another mirror to the store for me, there was a whole new order placed that would take another 10 days. The whole process once I finally got the mirror took almost two months. The in store associates are very helpful but the customer services reps seem to be careless and have no clue what they are doing. Definitely do not recommend shopping online, only in store. read more

Now, I was really shocked that she couldn't go into my reward program with them and see I am military. The store itself is great with a lot of home decorations and odds and ends. The employees (specifically the ladies) are rude and stuck-up. Not sure if its the lingering holiday cheer or the north-Phoenix pretentious attitude, but the employees at this location are not pleasant. If you do plan to go to Kirklands, don't visit this store because they're jerks and not particularly helpful. read more

I placed a order 20 days ago, I have contacted them over 6 times during this time, I was told on the phone 3 days ago it was going on the next truck out. I was emailed today saying they are not sure when it will be sent out but I may have it in 8-10 days. What a joke Never again read more

I do NOT recommend shopping online at Kirkland's. The items take forever to be received. When you refuse an order, as I was told to do, getting a refund is near impossible. Customer service rarely responds back to emails. It has been eight days and they still have not refunded my PayPal account. According to Kirkland's rep, who finally responded once but not to my additional replies, it is the fault of PayPal taking two or three days to refund the money. They do not take ownership of the fact they never processed the refund. Perhaps they hope the customer does not notice the refund is not given.... read more

I heard about this store when I moved here and after going to a few different stores looking for items to furnish my living space I went here. They have some amazing decorating pieces and their prices are pretty great. They are right next to Pier 1 and if you are a bargain shopper, this store surpasses Pier 1 by far! If you are on their email list you get coupons all the time. They always get new things in the store... so its always great to just walk in and see what they have. Here and Marshalls Home Goods are the only 2 stores I have purchased anything from thus far. read more

Shopping in a Kirkland's store may be ok, but their online customer service is AWFUL. I received a damaged item in a damaged carton. After working with 2 service reps I finally got a manager on the phone to provide door pick up for the return. The shipping carton was too large to fit in my car to drop off at the shipper. 8 days after Kirkland's received my return and after I contacted customer service again, I got a partial refund. Kirkland's charged me for the shipping on the damaged return. 2 more days have passed without a reply from customer service to get the shipping refunded. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced with an online retailer in years! No more online shopping at Kirkland's for me. read more
