That's what you get when you pay your invoices regularly and expect decent service from a sub par company that doesn't care about customer service. Try to get out of your contract - it takes months and months to fight with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And be very careful - they buy contracts from other trash companies and claim to inform you, but they don't. Apparently it's such a scam that people end up paying them out of frustration.
