I got my husband Christmas present during the Black Friday deals online and I had it delivered. When I open the bag to wrap it, the security tag was still on it. I took it in and explain my issue and Josh was understanding about the whole thing. I even asked him about the size I got and he asked a few questions and I got the wrong size. He explain to me how a size in a jersey works. I told him there was a reason why the security tag was left on because I didn't get the right size and he agreed with me. He even showed me the difference in value and quality of the jersey's that I didn't know about. Every time we have been to this Rally House the customer service has been great. We did see several staff around, not one said hi or even tried to offer any assistance. That's a bad reflection on the store in general. They have lots of other stuff too for the local professional teams and all the big colleges in this region like UT, A&M, Baylor, OU, etc. they had some really cute stuff and lots of selection and sizes in everything. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I told the girl working there that I was surprised by all the selection left for the Cowboys considering the s Aston they have had and she told me that their store is a well kept secret and they contact have people coming in saying that they didn't know the place exists - or that they thought it was a bar?! The cashier made no effort to resolve it and insisted my only option was giving an email -- forcing personal information on customers is outrageous. I find it very unlikely that both registers truly had no paper. If you can't provide proof of purchase, maybe you should close the store instead of selling merchandise and refusing to refund. I have tried contacting the store multiple times with no response. Rally House, needs to put more focus on valuing their customers instead of focusing on email captures!
