I got my husband Christmas present during the Black Friday deals online and I had it delivered. When I open the bag to wrap it, the security tag was still on it. I took it in and explain my issue and Josh was understanding about the whole thing. I even asked him about the size I got and he asked a few questions and I got the wrong size. He explain to me how a size in a jersey works. I told him there was a reason why the security tag was left on because I didn't get the right size and he agreed with me. He even showed me the difference in value and quality of the jersey's that I didn't know about. Every time we have been to this Rally House the customer service has been great. So I went to the store to request a refund, I was told that they DO NOT issue credit card refunds in store and that I would need to contact their 800 number on the back of the receipt. I have never heard of such a thing but decided to go along and contact the 800 number. I have been calling for 4 days, the calls go straight to voice mail and no one returns your call.
