Having just moved to Burleson a few months back and seeing Texas Gunworks several times driving by I felt compelled to stop by casually and check the place out...... and im so glad I did! Upon entering the store I was greeted by Jose. Jose is such a nice down to earth guy that obviously has a passion for what he does. I wasnt intending to buy a firearm that day but a shiny new Ruger Pistol instantly caught my eye. I justified buying a new gun by convincing myself that I needed something better than my 1911 for concealment. After pulling out a few other pistols I told him I had to think about it. Jose' laid back approach made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. After I left ... I headed to a few other gun stores (which I might ad that they were ALL very helpful! JACKPOT) but The Ruger and its price (they were less expensive then the others) and Jose's customer service brought me back. I walked back in, he worked with me on the price a little more.... we shook hands and striked a deal on the Ruger. About 20 minutes later after clearing my background and a brief conversation I was the proud owner of a LC9s. Being a small business owner myself I understand what it takes to try and give the greatest possibly experience to your clients as possible, and I gotta say Jose really knocked it out of the park for me. The worst experience with this dealer. I will never go back there . I walked in and the guy took his dog out stayed outside, the lady in there did not acknowledge me at all she ignored me the whole time then she walks to the back and stayed back there didn't get no help at all and when I left I asked if that was all the guns he had an attitude with me and I was looking at buying a gunbut since he had that attitude I left and I'm never going back there again, worst experience I ever had at a gun dealer .cute dog though. read more

They were fantastic!! I had them take care of my husbands fathers gun. He had passed when he was a kid and it means a lot to him. They didn't scam me or upsale me in any way and they could've because I didn't know a thing about this gun! It was over 100 year old gun! They found us ammunition for it and it was hard to do. Test shot it and all. Told me I could pick it up a month later so I wouldn't be tempted to give it to him early lol. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to everyone! read more

Awesome little gun shop, reasonably priced, owners are very helpful. Had just what I was looking for.

Hard to give an accurate review because no one answered the buzzer to let me in so I could buy some ammo. Went 1 hour after they opened, the open sign was out, store hours posted, lights on and rang the buzzer/bell a couple of times and no one answered. Don't see how you can stay in business that way. Call before you drive over to them and make sure someone is their I guess. read more

I bought a gun here 9 days ago. Took it back today to have new sights put in plus I had done some simple trigger work that i asked them to look into. I was told by them that there were some problems with the gun. The young man that is normally tending the counter and who had sold me the gun stated that they didnt sell me the gun in that condition after giving me totally incorrect info. My only regret is how many of my own customers ive told about this business. They do however have great prices! Just take a gunsmith with you to inspect before purchasing! read more
